As we have discussed, the Guild and the extra fuel brought in through jump-drive is very welcome in Bretonia. Your friends and own transport fleet are cleared to jump to the Battleship Suffolk, or any nearby location our ranking officers escort you to.
I have heard no ill news of the Zoners of Kumo Outpost, but if there are problems, I will also be speaking to you. As long as both groups follow all our laws and the jumping/scanning guidelines, that will not be necessary.

Mr. Walker,

It does appear that you are involved with Blackpool and its owner Miss Yang. However, I've got a couple of reports in front of me involving your ship and some bending of the laws, to put it mildly. You have been fairly cooperative when caught, but I'd like to encourage you to read over all the paperwork involved.
As stated in the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law, Omega-3 is under our jurisdiction and sovereign territory of Queen Carina and her Kingdom of Bretonia. This also states that Kusari nationals such as Samura are unwelcome to trade within Bretonia, especially in Barge-class vessels.
As stated in the opening transmission of this channel and on the form you filled out, you will need to wait until your request is approved before sending your fees and jumping.

Although your jumpship is acceptable for use, we require a common tag identifier or full list of transports and their papers that would be accompanying it. They will also need to abide by the regulations, also set forth in the opening transmissions: jumping to the specific jump-point for that system and with a suitably ranked Bretonian officer to receive the group. As for the jump-points, I don't see any particular need for Dublin. You have also not included your terminus point: Manchester.

Please resubmit your form with all the relevant details. Until then, your application shall not pass!
