Yes that is correct, to dock on the Hogosha base you need to bribe the Hogosha.
That is how bases work.
It is the same for most bases that are constructed by players and even ones that are there for NPCs if you have not already got the rep for it, that is what bar NPCs are for.

I am not sure how to take the next part of your comment, are you for lawfuls shooting lawfuls but not the base?
If so then cool beans, what is the problem.
Ahh you are referring to another base that violated the codex and effected you?
I am not sure about the idea of blaming others when you don't read the useless codex and then get consequences that were a logical extension of the effect you precipitated.
This is what happens in all houses with their useless laws.

There is no getting upset with this information, it is fine for you to have your views.
If you have a problem with Itabashi and want something done about it.
My best advice is to put pressure on the Kusari Government to make changes InRP.

Funny that. Even a full Hogosha cannot dock on that base. I know, as i have one. You have to have your put on thier list. Hense another reason i find that base OORP. It should allow Hogosha to dock there, as it allows many MANY other non Hogosha transports land there. I have yet to see an actual Hogosha ship land there. I have only seen non Hogosha transports, Probably supplying the base, and maybe buying items made there.(which last i looked was also against Codex in Kusari) But i am sure this 1 base is also exempt from that part of law also.

Let me ask a few questions if I may to increase my understanding here.
Did you request to the BDS to have your Hogosha's name put on the list?
Have you got any proof of anyone buying restricted items from Itabashi?
Is there any point to your last sentence?

I know I have seen Hogosha and non Hogosha docking with Itabashi.
I have not seen anything to suggest that Itabashi is supplying illegal items but would not put it past them.
If you have evidence, please supply it to the proper authorities InRP.

I haven't read all 9 pages of this post, so I apologize if I'm rehashing stuff... but I agree with Ryoken 100%. That bloody Itabashi base has been nothing but trouble since it switched owners to Hogosha. Every week sees more complaints (both inRP and ooRP) about the base shooting down peaceful transports, allies, and others with no IFF beef with Hogosha.

It's a joke. I don't know the motivations of the owners of this hateful station, but it's clear they're not interested in doing anything about it. So I have a couple of suggestions:

1. Everybody boycotts New Tokyo (and perhaps Kusari entirely) until the weapon platforms are taken down, or ownership placed back to KSP.

2. Everybody gets together to blow this base to Hell, where it belongs.

In RP-case there may be a horde of drunk Bounty-Hunters or drugged army of happy Freelancers with big bad torpedoes who do that accidently in self-defence. No evidence, no traces.

Irrelevant. I'm not the one blowing up peaceful, lawful characters right outside a house capital planet with semi-lawful wep platforms embedded in the goddam tradelanes, without the slightest by-your-leave.

Now I think Itabashi base as it stands could actually be a cool idea, if: (a)There was some decent RP over it, (b)The wep platforms were not set to instakill.

I am not deflecting the issue, I have no direct stance one way or the other.
But you see, you have made a comment about the RP involving this base.
That is that it does not have enough RP behind it.
The Hogosha players have made comments about this base, that others come here to moan OoRP without making any RP towards fixing the problem.
Ryoken has made a comment that the base does not fit his view of RP and is in fact an OoRP blasphemy.

I am seeing a pattern here.

As to your last comment about a possible fix, I like that.
a) Is starting to happen again, we will see if it holds or dies.
b) This is the Hogosha's prerogative and we will have to wait and see how it turns out.
