While I appreciate being informed of your efforts against the Outcasts, we don't have you registered on our board so are unable to pay you for it. I also have no indication of where you made the kill, and as far as I know the Core do not operate in any area that we would pay you. In fact, I don't think the Core is happy for its pilots to be doing bounty work at all, you may wish to ask for a transfer to the regular Guild and register yourself.
