Well, it appears it was all a rouse. Cipilan and Altegra never had any desire for peace after all. They are to be regarded as hostile by all Junkers and shot on sight. This may be a little difficult however. They seem to have gone to ground now that they are on the wrong end of the gun from not only us but the Liberty Rogues and the Lane Hackers as well. I doubt we’ll be seeing much of them in the future.

Indio. I had to do some digging to place that name. It didn’t come easy because I don’t remember you ever taking part in any of our campaigns. I don’t you ever remember flying in any of our convoys. I don’t remember you participating in any of our intelligence gathering ops. I don’t remember you contributing to any of the projects of our members. You were even invited long ago to join the private Congress communication network and you never did. It doesn’t seem like you ever did anything but fly as a lone wolf under our flag. I wish you the best of luck with your new project and hope your new companions get more out of you than we did.
Your response is less than flattering; and very fault finding, I just wanted to start something I have a bigger hand in I was never invited on ops but would have loved to fly in them. I find your words cutting and mostly untrue. I have always, helped out when called upon. I have taken hits from groups for the JC, I can not help that sometimes when my crew is ready to work many of you are tucked into bed (//often play at odd hours med student w/ not a lot of time).
I will not find fault with you sir even though some communications sent were never responded too, again the life of a busy man I understand. I will just say thank you for the opportunity and accept the chastisement that I should have more political.

I came across some Xenos at the gate to New York in Colorado, so I decided to have myself a little fun. The first one to die was XA-Jake,Wyatt in his eagle, and then Che.Guevara in his tiny little surveyor. Unfortunately a Liberty Navy ship showed up and spooked the last guy, and so he sped off in his roc before I could finish tearing him a new one.

We are under attack again. Two renegade Outcast captains flying Zoner Corvo cruisers. Names are Gonatotosu and Rioreusu. They are already KOS to both Outcasts and Zoners. Time for us to join them. All defensive forces near Puerto are ordered to mobilize for defense and hunt this scum down with extreme prejudice.

It appears we have a stolen salvager. You all know how precious these ships are to our way of life. A Salvager has been seen flying in Liberty space with a pirate flag. This will not be tolerated. You are all asked to keep watch for this ship. If it can not be repossessed, it is to be destroyed on sight.

There have been a number of incidents involving two Rogues named Altegra and Cipilan. I know many of you have had a few setbacks because of them. This is not good. It's hurting our business and it's hurting the Rogues business. If we are not able to resume the cooperation that has existed between the two for years then we cannot do efficient business in Liberty. In the interest of improving conditions for us as well as for the Rogues, I have decided to hear their request for reconciliation. They sent a negotiator to speak with me personally. I understand they had some problems dealing with Lord Moka's policies. Not really my problem, but I'm not unsympathetic. Because I have such great respect for Lord Moka I am going to try and reconcile this process and not let his work be in vain.
I am ordering an immediate end to the hostilities against these two individual. No Junker is to take any aggressive action toward them. Their negotiator has assured me that if we do this we can begin to work peacefully again. These two have been living as outlaws, even among outlaws. I have agreed to bring them back into the fold so they can work within the underworld network we helped to create. I know some of you don't particularly like this, but soon you will see that this will benefit all of us greatly.
I'd like to report a misuse of Junker ID papers.
I'm a miner at Saltese, my ship's ID is [FT]Pongem. A guy appeared in a ship designated PowerTrain, transmitting Freelancer IFF, but using Junkers ID papers. He asked me to mine him copper. As he claimed to be a Jnuker, I trusted him, and mined him 3610 metric tons of copper. Then he left without paying, and jumped to Puerto Rico, saying he "joked" me.
I hereby want to warn all miners at Saltese (and everywhere) not to mine for him unless payed in advance, and advise the Congress members never ever give him access to Saltese in the light of his actions.

Sorry to say that while in my Congress tagged ship in Humbolt today, these two fools attacked me next to Saltese base. They are adamant about killing Junkers and Congress unless they are payed some absurd amount of money. They also say there is no agreement and will continue their attacks until they get paid. Seems it is time to scrap the talking and fight back.
