Please elaborate on the intended function of this base. Please note that there are already modular bases constructed in the Pennsylvania system for industrial purposes and we wish to avoid conflicting claims over mineral resources.

My name is James Carson, I will be representing SMG in this request...
SMG or Silver Mining Guild is a subsidiary of DSE operating in Pennsylvania system. We already have 2 bases located near the silver field, the Memphis Storage and Memphis Silver, both of which are registered and regular rent is paid every month. We wish to construct a station near Planet Erie that would serve as HQ of our company. If this is aproved, you will of course be regularly informed of any modifications and upgrades, and we asure you the rent will be paid as per the law...

This is the owner of Memphis storage and Memphis silver and soon another station I'm looking to get a permit for building thus station at planet Erie . I would like to build this station as a place for all the lawful freelancers and Smg along with other lawfuls alike. The location of the future drop site will be out of docking zones of the battleship and the planet along with harrisburg ....

I was told that you needed our id's etc we use DSE id but are not actually in dse due to there not being around etc, so we decided build a team called SMG we dabble in trading and silver but mainly the new station will be used for everyone !!!

The intended use is for buying of Helium and buying or selling of silver ore but mainly a great hang out for our crew
