the common i5-3317u is infinity times faster yet has a max tdp of 7 watts less than ur p3. ya can't beat technolological advancement when it comes to efficiency.

So we're talking VMs now? Allow me. Cheap android tablet + android dosbox+ win 3.1. Definitely performs worst than ANY PC out there, past or present. Still use it to play with dos programming apps tho (so far only managed to make a hello world program )
