Unfortunately, in this case the school had the perfect response plan, which was to get the kids to the lowest level of the building (in this case, the basement). So they did. Then the building itself collapsed, and pinned them in the rubble. Again, not a problem. But then we had huge rainfall as well, and as the lowest spot, the school basement filled up with water and the kids drowned.
You note if you see pictures that the Warren Theatre did NOT collapse - and yet it took a direct hit. So why exactly did a huge movie theater only suffer some damage, while certain other buildings (the bowling alley, the bank) collapse, and the medical center (which is all concrete) was scrubbed out inside - the shell is still there, but nearly everything IN the shell is missing - other than the cars that were embedded in the building.

Glad to see you aren't dead Agmen. For a moment while watching the tornado on TV, I thought "oh wait, Agmen lives over there now, hope he wasn't in the path of that thing".
Of course, shortly after, I realized there's nothing I could do to change anything, so I didn't worry about it too much. Not to sound unconcerned or cold. <_< >_>
