I was disappointed today on my Outcast with Irwin when I came to Tau-23 mining fields to find one of your transports (name can be given at PM) whom all he did when he saw us was to cruise out to the system's end, without even saying a word. Firstly, dying would prove far more profitable than wasting an hour flying at empty space.

Second, it's a poor form of evading any attempt to RP.

Your ignoring the fact that the USI guy admitted he didnt talk, just because the Rog also acted inappropriately. Not to mention the USI apparently uing PM to berate the rogue for calling him out on it?

And a FL ID 5k, thats against the rules no? What is USI doing defending cheaters? Really responding to feedback rudely just because its negative is not good.

This is without cause or reason to attack, any attack without RP in any case should be sanctioned, however these guys have not done so and come to USI BoD for advise and to show sufficient evidence that said J.Sparrow did not care or want to RP the instance just to PVP.

The evidence is clear to me that surly The Board of Directors need to act on Mr Sparrow and that he should be formally and individually re-trained with your CSO *Chief Security Officer* about the rules of engagement and politeness when your about to kill.

Even in the Ables Aces we are polite to our enemy's, regardless of affiliation a please don't defend yourself. I'll make this quick usually suffice *Laughs*

But in all fairness, the BoD should proceed and an internal investigation is made upon J.Sparrow and that he is re-trained so this never happens again.

To Mr Denny Crane, Mr Sparrow should be retrained due USI Law;

1; Be honest. This entire corporation is based on honesty and we expect you to show integrity.

2; Respect; absolutely no back-handed compliments, vulgar language, harassment, or 'put-downs' are accepted; We encourage the words: "sir", "ma'am", "gentlemen", "ladies".

3 .Follow the server rules. You may be sanctioned by USI as well.

To release the hostility from everyone to the Universal Shipping, I personally. Leader of the Ables Aces Bounty Hunter faction, wish to re-train J.Sparrow for Universal Shipping, into a good proud and honest member of your team.

Understand everyone that Mr Denny Crane will put a full internal investigation at this matter and it will be delt with sufficiently, as I'll personally do the training if that is needed of me.

Since this alleged incident took place while he was acting under the office of the DoS, I will personally see to it that he is suspended from further active details until he has passed rectification.

I thank you for your kind offer, but i would prefer to deal with this in house for the time being. I will alert you once he has passed rectification. Until then consider him officially grounded and any actions he takes form this point are not sanctioned by the USI in any way.
