Abuse of Power Complaint to Admins Via Bretonian War Cabinet/BAF

As a relevant participant in the flow of events, let me have a few words here.

The defense platforms of the base Blackpool Defense Annex first time shot down the [C]-CLT-Valse.d'Amelie on 28th of May. My vessel has been arriving from the direction of Birmingham station, and shooting down my transport was so quick and was such a surprise to me that the only screenshot I could take was the death screen offering respawn, barely anything I can put up as evidence. The second incident occurred yesterday, when I arrived from the opposite direction. As soon as I arrived at the other end of the jump tunnel, the platforms opened fire on me, and shoot me down. This time however I was able to take screenshots.

Both times one of the accounts related to the Luke Walker character was present and was in the close vicinity of the station. Both times I've checked the base after each incident with my [C]-Pierre.LaFlamme. character if it has been a glitch or reputation issue, both times found the base neutral to that character. Both times I've spotted the station with my trade vessel after each incidents I found the base friendly to that character.

Once I've got my visual evidences I've taken inRp action, describing the situation as clear as possible, despite having only evidence to prove the second incident. The relevant thread can be found here: http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread.php?tid=99522

I believe he set the station's defense mode to all hostile and then back, and I also believe that what he did he did that on purpose, and purely for the enjoyment of seeing others getting blown up by the station's automated defense.

By these statements and evidences, I accuse player and community member jonnaffen747 of the following:

• Exploitation of game mechanics

First of all I wouldnt sell a Core 4 base for 1,5 Billion SC that would be dump. I would try to sell them for 12 Billion okay?
And as I had said, I wont sell the base without summers permission (this was before of ist destruction) and i was just joking with burak he can confirm this for you.

Right the War Cabinet has made this decission in unision.

Marcus, ndk071, Summer and myself made the decision concerning the Base and it's fate.

This was not a lone decision made by Summer but just executed by him.

All the blame that you are loading onto him is unjustified and should be sent to the Factionleaders of involved factions.

To make that clear.

Thank you for that fast reply then this must be the time where I tried out new configurations im sorry if you just jumped in at those times i didnt wanted that and it was just 1 time i know i seen a C tagged vessel as i stared at the platforms and thinked where to put i was also testin defensemode sorry if this was maybe a bit confusing :/

Testing defensemodes on players without their consent is what I call exploitation of gameplay mechanics. And frankly, only by mere words I am still not convinced you weren't trolling as well.

I didn't tested on Players, I was goin to Switch to my bomber that isn't tagged on that base to see how platforms doing. Then you jumped in.

It didn't look like trolling for sure, generally you seem nice enough not to bother with that. But just the past couple of days with all the base mess, I acted as I did. Yes it was abusive, but that is a pretty major route (especially for new players) and if I can't trust in the word and actions of those who run the base then there will be further mess.

Also, Why is Blackpool IFFed BHGCore? No one flys around and has BHGCore. BHGCore shouldn't even be in Manchester. Normal BHG IFF not Core. As far as I heard, it is IFFed BHGCore and alot will hate it because it shoots every lawful trader.

EDIT: One more thing, why are all the wep platforms stationed by the Jump Gate? Its not a BHG System, so there shouldn't be Platforms everywhere by the Jump gate especially with Core IFFed Base. Traders culdn't get threw as far as I know. I tryed with my Bowex Stork, good thing I had a Cap 8, or I would of been dead in seconds.

Thats not that right no base has BHG Core , we requested it but it got denied. Also we have leted it BHG

Thats not right too as I said above it's not BHG Core just BHG and it's Planned to decrease piracys rate in Manchester and bretonia, it was planned as an Defense Annex it should protect the gate vs incoming Pirates etc so they cant jump into bret.
