I am Dierk Hauer speaking for my brother, Claus Hauer, and me.
We were both born on Holstein, Frankfurt, in a very poor environment.
The Government didnt really care about us, and many of our friends froze to death, before the age of 20.
Our father taught me how to fly a fighter, but he died before he could teach my younger Brother Claus.
Since then i raised my little Brother and told him the story of our brave father, who was killed by the Rheinland Military for fighting against the opression.
We both desperatly want to join the Volksrevolution to fight against the corrupt Government.

I've you look up my name on official bulletins, you'll find out that I am traitor. I was one for last four years.
But thats one point of view. Other one is that I am disappointed patriot. Greatly disappointed. Ten years ago when I have defied my parents and signed up for Miliatar's uniform I truly believed I can make change. Make our house better. Needless to say I've hit the wall rather quickly. I've sworn to protect integrity of our borders but ultimately I've ended having flown more hours within them, enforcing Kanzlers will on his own citizens instead of shielding them from harm.
I was not surprised when my first assignment from new superiors, four years ago when I have defected from Militar and joined Hessians, turned out to be recon flight deep into Omegas. I've got interesting ship back then. Light fighter of Border Worlds construction. While greatly lacking offensive capabilities, it was dream to fly and it saved my soul more than than once back then.
I've made back in one piece and since that time thats what I usually do. Always deep in Omegas, watching for signs of incoming attack from Corsairs...
I believe its time for change. I would like to be closer to my brethren, to serve more time within borders of mein house.

It is good to know you already experienced the bloody war we lead in the Omegas against the Corsair empire. The Hessian defence there is the only reason the people of Rheinland are not overrun by pirates and rapers.
