Chris's history
Chris started to work as a security officer in Newark Station. He lived on planet Manhattan. Wile he worked as a security officer he was studying space warfare. When he seemed to have enough knowledgement he decided to stop working as a security officer on a station.
He wanted to get into action. He went back to planet manhattan, when a group of pirates attacked Manhattan. Rouges, they shot at Manhattan. After their strike on the planet they engaged Navy forces. Chris was able to see this all from a window in the ship he was in. When the ship landed his town was burned down, blown to bits. The rouges hitted his town, they took everything away.
That very day Chris decided to join the Navy, to fight for what those pirates toke away from them. To fight for freedom, to fight for security. To protect the unprotected, to never let something like this happen ever again.

The Navy special fleet i command will be deployed by the navy for secure the zone-21 and the alaska system from ALL eventual ennemi by this i mean a possible new nomads re-invasion in Liberty or the constant Corsair fleet you can see attack New York regulary so whit us deploy in this zone the =LSF=,[SA],L.P.I can concentrate on other system under liberty law but for sure stay in New York too.

Now the Liberty navy give me the rank of Fleet admiral for guarding the zone-21 and give me a whole fleet for that,Carrier,cruiser,gunboat from where do you think all these credit come from you will have to live whit us,they have different section in navy,and we are now one of it
You hold absolutely no clearance whatsoever. I hold top level security clearance and I know that you are not a member of the Liberty Navy. In fact, officers far lower ranking than me have access to the majority of the Liberty personnel database.
There is no such system as Alaska. If this system does not exist, logically there can not be prison stations in such a non existant system. You are guarding a fictional location. Perhaps you should consult someone.
How dare you attempt to insubordinate and impersonate our personnel. There are two Fleet Admirals in Liberty, and I know both of them. You are not a Fleet Admiral. You are not even an enlistee. You don't have access to any Navy ship.
There is no "different section" in the Liberty Navy. There is the Northern Fleet and the Southern Fleet. You are not part of the Northern or Southern Fleet, and not an agent in any Liberty agency or in fact, in any legitimate agency at all.
If you attempt to impersonate members of senior Liberty staff or steal Liberty vessels, I will have you arrested and you will spend the majority of your time in this universe within a maximum security cell. If you do not return stolen vessels and cease your impersonation of our staff, I shall obtain a warrant for your arrest and the destruction of your ship.
