Can I please get a TL;DR of the root cause of the Zoner War that just happened? Is it still on? Who started it?

As someone who just came back and set up shop incredibly close to Baffin, I am incredibly confused.

As someone who just came back and set up shop incredibly close to Baffin, I am incredibly confused.

TL;DR version:

Order has long standing inRP rules about handling of nomad stuff. All other zoner groups and others agreed to it.
ZA is created, ZA goes against this, ZA builds 4 stations to core 4 level, ZA claims ownership of O-74 and tries to lock it down.

that was the first war.

Second war:
ZA sets Kappa defense station to 'hostile to all'. causes war with all the involved factions. Sieges of stations begin. ZA metagames, uses alts and fake ships to supply their stations and try to descredit and screw with sieging groups.
Zoner-Trader spams Admins with ridiculous amounts of reports.

Lots of ZA QQ, Lots of QQ from ZA supporters.

TL;DR version of TL;DR above:
ZA heavily metagames and QQs because people wont bow to what they want

Okay, after seeing how often the faction I am leading has been mentioned in here - mostly by you, Tel-Aviv - I think it is about time for me to jump into this little ragefest. However, while I will look over all this again later to prepare a more or less constructive post, it is me who has a suggestion for you for now: It would be better for everyone if you would be more careful with what you write. That includes your accusations, your arrogant statements and this constant mixing of the reality with what you would like to have.


And with this, I am bailing out again. For now.

BTW, why isnt Zoner-Trader answering any of this?
considering you constantly claim you arent part of ZA, nor have anything to do with them perhaps you should not comment on things that you dont have anything to do with, by your own claims

As a faction leader you should know to keep track of things, I was in a complete contact with diatra and we both agree its a good idea to keep the war going because we had hours of in game contact and it was marvelous.Then the she.it hit the fan when others decided to jump in like headless chickens in a tasteless way to degrade the situation

My comment is far from irrelevant. You blamed Phoenix for something they cannot control, I just followed your logic. Or can you control the actions of the NSA? In that case, sorry, my example was wrong, how about it's your fault that Pluto orbits so far from the Sun? Do you see the problem with your logic yet?

Matters none if we can have that shiny little 4.7 faction right or not, if it's useless then it's useless. So metaphors aside, even if they wanted from the very beginning, Phoenix by no means could have prevented ZA to build their stations, at least not without a similar sh*tstorm we have here now.

You had no single agreement with any of the AI Leaders, Di'tara (that's how it's spelled) is rank 5 of 9 and does alot for the faction, but doesn't finally decide for it.

Also, Reasons why others jumped in:

• Solar Runners: Allied to the Consensus, prevent a lockdown of resources to Planet Gammu
  
• Phoenix: Prevent a lockdown of O74 because it is an open system
  
• Order: ZA denied to stop getting large amounts of Nomad Materials
  
• Corsairs: ZA got a large amount of resourcesmfrom Gamma, but their stations shot Corsairs.
