I don't think so, but BGS will likely keep its double bribe (which to me is the easiest to get on any character).

Yes, and with +1.0 rep instead of +0.9, to prevent the bug where your IFF gets randomly replaced if you have a char with too many full green reps.

Greetings.

I'd like to make a Republican ship from a Rheinland restart (to be Gallic neutral). I do a Rheinland restart, and I drop missions till 0 or +0.01 rep, but where do I get a Republican double bribe in Rheinland? And is this rep dropping value correct?

UPDATE:
Managed to figure it out:
1. Rheinland restart
2. Fly to Altona station
3. Dropping missions until rep is +0.01 (dropping 39 Republican missions)
4. Double bribe at the bar of Altona (Bartender + Universal Shipping NPC)
5. Buy the ID on Altona station
