The only dock rape is while you are undocking. While you are docking you can press escape at any point and cancel the dock. Once you are in the cinematic you are invunerable.

If you are killed while trying to dock blame yourself.

Oh I dont know if some kind of glitch caused your death or not, but the only dock rape is while you undock. If you are under fire and try to dock and fail that your misfortune. Seriously, withdraw that sanction report.

there is a bug, I have experianced it once in my civi bomber, where I went into the cut screen. 13centkiller was chasing, and we rped alittle, but it would let me dock, and he said my sheild bar was still up, even though I was in the cut screen. If indeed this is what happened, I think they might have done you a foavor, becuase you cant dock or get out or the cutscreen so you would have be unable to do anything.

That's tough to believe, as I've NEVER seen an instance where someone wasn't completely safe once they entered the dock sequence.

hopefully 13cent will see this, and be able to confirm it to you. But I can guarantee it happened. It has only happened once to me. It was the Hogoshu base in NT.

I know I myself was nearly destroyed in docking sequence on niverse server, where such practice wasnt illegal. It is an existing bug.

and coming from evil executioner, a player who already broke the rule by the past, it wouldnt be much of a surprise at all.

An uneccesary judgement Xing, a player breaks the rules once, is sanctioned, and then apologises for it. that makes him untrustworthy forever? Milk of human kindness flows strong in you I see.

As for dock killing, you were docking not undocking, deal with it. Haven't seen the bug in question, but I can believe that it's there. Freelancer is old software, it's gonna be glitchy.

If appears that i may of been sanctions all of my credits etc for this??? I managed to logon and view my account status and had no credits then it kicked me.

If i have been sanctioned for this ,delete my account now ill not be returning to the server as this is just rediculous to sanction me for doing nothing wrong, i wasn't even the one who killed him.

And like others have said there is no evidence at all to support his claim, and i'm not one to lie and can tell you we did not dock kill him. Enough said just please if you have sanctioned me restore my credits or like said above i will not be returning to the server, of cause no one cares but i do and some of the corsairs will also.
