where are they? how do i find them??

In Orkney and Languedoc, they are right next to the stations adjacent to the minefields. In the Omicron one, I believe it is marked and on the south side. I can never find it in the one Gallic system next to there (Lorraine?), but I think it's on the north side maybe?

Tried your advice and got in thru the Languedoc with no shield and a hair of hull left. Had to go to Limoux base of the Marquis for repairs.
So far all's well. Next wll try the Lorraine Jump Gate,will let you know what happens. Certainly it won't be easy.

i have been hauling cargo and lately I get RESPAWNED after getting killed twice in 30 minutes??? Whats wrong? can't iI play a straight cargo hauling game anymore? Please let me know if you can do somethig about this situation I'm in.

I was flying a pirate ID'd ship, and asked for four million credits. I repeated this twice, and although your reply suggested you were willing to cooperate, you didn't stop, kept trying to cruise away, and never sent any credits.
I gave you plenty of time, but you simply gave me no reason not to kill you.

If a pirate asks you for money and you can't successfully fight or escape them, I suggest paying. Use /sendcash <pirate's name> <sum>.

Hi again, this time I'm in Gallia and at the RAMBOULETTE ship yards and no matter where I go and what bribes i pay to the gallic royal police I cannot get in to the ship yard to buy the battleship VALOR. The shipyard comes up with " Your reputation is NO good".Do you know how I can buy a better reputation with the Gallic Royal Navy? Can you help me as you always did and do?

Gallic Royal Police and Gallic Royal Navy are 2 completely different entities, so bribing one won't necessarily help you with the other.

I'm not sure how to get your rep high enough to buy the ship you're after.
