Well, it's been done with other games. I think they only make the dedicated server versions for other OS's though.

Note, I could be wrong about all this. I'll have to look into it this weekend or something.

It is highly unlikely that microsoft releases a version of freelancer for linux. After all, they are linux enemies number 1.

I hope the same... damn. When i want to play, the server crashes. When i cant play because of my job/university, everything runs normal....
