You're more likely to attract people who are actually interested (i.e. old Freelancer players) by further developing existing factions, ships, and systems within the lore of FL rather than do all imports. That's actually what got me on here - I saw all the cool crap the community built from existing content, not the Spyglass or Scimitar imports.

I really don't know what you're trying to accomplish here. The dev team would not add another import to the mod no matter how shiny it is.

Not shiny. Very unique and rather beautiful additions to the available ships. Why don't they just completely get rid of all the reapers ships and give my ideas at least a look. Its not a half bad idea to be honest. Plus it'll add a better looking freelancer ship
