I don't think its too far fetched to think that the Hogosha are funding the Xenos.
I do think there's a problem if the Xenos are accepting money from the Hogosha, though.

Xenos....they're nationalists, as well as terrorists.
They want their jobs, and they want a strong, independent Liberty. I don't think they're going to like the other enemies of liberty much, either.

If Xenos get their money and supply's from anybody, then its from within Liberty and from Universal...other then that possible underground cooperation i don't see Xenos to be allies with anybody...

Sure they could have more neutral or maybe "friendlier" factions...but in no way allied with any faction...

Simply, there are no factions in Liberty who share same goal, and anything out side of Liberty isn't really Xeno concern...so guess my vote...

Synthfoods might be something like the big uncle of Xenos. Not really related, but part of the familiy in a wider frame. An uncle that supprts the childs with a bit of credits from time to time to direct their frustration against non libertonian companies.

I like the Xenos just the way they are.

There is a rumor saying that Xenos are desperately searching for allies. However they haven't found any, and they never will. They are alone. While the rest of Sirius depends on Liberty, the most wealthy and powerful house, Xenos wish to disrupt them. There are no other factions with the same goals as Xenos.

The Xeno point of view is so radical and so irrational that they would fail in any diplomatic effort. This is why they are so poor.

Give the Xenos money, give them allies and you take away their soul.
