I have a question: Is it possible to import movable ship parts to the ships in Discovery?

Just for example: Let's say you want to add Omega class destroyer from Babylon 5 , which has a rotating part... Is it possible to make the actual rotating part? I've noticed that some stations have rotating parts , so is it possible to remodel that part and put it on a ship?
