It would be nice to see some screenies of the event or even a full blown movie.

I don't think there will be spectators. If we allow one, then all could come.
And more people in one system - more lag for the server.
It might easily crash.

Welll one spectator making a movie in a camera ship could be allowed... but not more. He needs to contact us beforehand.

I only have trial fraps with 30 sec limitation. Besides I believe I wouldn't even make it in any case. It would be interesting though and my machine can handle the added load running fraps well.

So are those event closed sessions, i.e. you can't connect to server while it's on? If so where are the event schedules to inform this?

Off course you can connect... in "worst case" the system where the fight takes place is closed off.... meaning admins will beam you out or send to prison....
