How to attract new players to join Gallic Royalists

Because we know that gallia has a huge amount of capital ships inRP I am thinking of tearing down the GRN ship prices quite a bit. This way newbies will buy GRN ships because they won't have enough cash to start with and veterans can make alt chars without wasting their entire budget.

I am thinking around 400 mils for a valor, 130 mils for a cruiser and 25 mils for a gunboat.
Suggestions?
