As you can see from the recordings this man seems to think he has Royal decree, so therefore I’d like to make a request:
Access to the referenced orders from the "Secretary Liaison" that gives him, what is essentially a pirate, authority over me, a Military Officer.
That really is all this confusing matter was stressful at best I got his escape pod and took him to a local prison here on New London for temporary holding until everything is cleared.
