Posting the votes of the Council of Elders:

Rephacks on the Corsair ID:
-Coalition -0,55 => -0,9 : We still don't like the terrorists that fight us and help all our enemies. Already fixed.
-Kruger -0,55 => -0,7 Probably something got mixed up here, they are treated like every other trading faction Set to -0.7
-Daumann: -0,7 => -0,3 this is where the mixup probably happened: we are intended to be on good terms with Daumann akin to the Samura relation for this mod edition, so please enable them to pass our space safely and us to keep up our side of the bargain! Set to -0.55
-Reavers: if by any chance they got an IFF by any mythical means we want it rephacked to -0,9 for obvious reasons They dont.


Rephacks towards the Corsair IFF:
-Kruger -0,3 => -0,7 they should see us coming, part of the mixup Set to -0.7
-Daumann -0,7 => -0,3 to play out or new friendship they should be able to pass our space unharmed and do the promised supply runs Set to -0.3

Rephacks towards Corsair guard:
Universal: 0.7 => -0,7 looks like missing a "-" Fixed.
Kruger: see above see above
Daumann: see above see above
-Reavers: -0,5 => -0,9 to cite an anonymous Corsair "Red, red as hell" Red is Ded.



Edit - 30.09.2013 : I am stupid and i am getting old, i forgot about the Rephack for the generic Pirate ID, the Sairs have posted this months ago when we got closer to the Xenos - long story short: we don't like competition on our turf and we don't support it either, thus a rephack ( hostile) is in order, all lanes belog to us Wink -0.55 is as far down as generic IDs can go when it comes to hostile rephack with open factions. Set to that. Feel free to FR5 individuals who should be more red than that.

3.10.2013: Me again, seems diplomacy takes up full swing, sorry for the once again posting!
We would like to lower our reputation with Daumann down to -.55, so we can develop our new friendship at a slower pace, where docking rights are in fact not yet needed( and we hope at the right time to change this again Wink ) Set to -0.55 both ways.
Furthermore, we want to finally commit to Kusari and more specifically Samura - after years of shipping supplies forth and artifacts back, complete with the most probable help of them helping to erect the base in the Sigmas it is time to remove the rephack - even more so as our current state would be on the same level as "grudgingly ignored/hopefully soon dead folks like the Privateers or the LWB on the side of Samura) Rephack removed.

06.10.2013 : Last minute adjustments from the Corsair side of the fence: We have been pondering and talking about our relation with Kruger, while they do have a point with the common enemy - we believe improving our relations this fast would not be beneficial to the game/story. If things start to develop they will, but for now we will try to focus on getting the new relations with Daumann played out and nicely established. Noted.

After little discussion RHA leadership's requesting following changes:

Rephacks on Red Hessian ID:

Hogosha, Hogosha Guard, Gaians, Gaians Guard: no rephack->-0,3 Set to -0.7 for Hogosha, -0.55 for Gaians due to their relations with LWB.
They're Corsair allies and we don't like Corsairs.

Interspace Commerce: -0,3-> something better Rephack removed.
-0,3 on IC makes no sence for hessians. We simply can't dock on their bases, they immideatly become hostile because of NPCs around. So raise rephack to that point, when they won't became hostile. This cannot be abused, since all remaining IC bases are out of our ZoI.

Kruger, Daumann: -0,7->-0,9 Set to -0.9 both ways.
Those 2 corporations are especially hated by hessian movement. And this should be reflected in rephack.

Unione Corse ID Rephacks
Maquis, Gallic Brigands: From No Rephack to either +.4 or +.6 Unchanged. Rep em yourself.
These factions are our closest allies by lore and we've worked together with various Maquis/Brigand groups that have come and gone.

Hogosha: From -.3 to No Rephack Rephack removed.
Decent friends and business partners, no need to be negative

Outcasts: From -.7 to -.9 Set to -0.9
Not really that important of a change, but they are our worst enemy.

Golden Chrysanthemums: From No Rephack to -.7 Set to -0.7
Allies of the Outcasts, Cardi users, and enemies to the Hogosha.

Farmers' Alliance: Maybe From -.7 to -.55 Set to -0.55. Use the opportunity
Although they don't like non-Kusarians all that much, we share the Hogosha as friends (and Outcasts/Golden C as enemies), and a few encounters in game seemed to indicate they weren't really hostile

Unione Corse IFF Rephacks
Gallic Brigands, Maquis, Farmers' Alliance, Golden Chrysanthemums, and Outcasts: From current to matching the aforementioned ID Rephacks changes.
Because sharing is caring matching those makes sense Already done.

Liberty Navy, LSF, Liberty Police: From -.7 to -.55 or -.3 or .0
Since we can now fly throughout Liberty (due to several RP trade contracts) without getting shot at by the NPCs (at .0), please do reciprocate this so that players of those factions don't see us as hostile and go full 'red-is-dead' on us. Set to -0.3

If you're a faction leader and do not post here before the deadline, it'd be your own fault if your ID rephacks do not portray the actual ingame roleplay of your faction.

Outcasts

Alright, this has been discussed between both me and Divine. There's only one rephack that we'd like as it's not been taken into account before.

-0.55 (No Dock) - Bretonian authorities (corporates too?)

This is obviously due to the mutual Gallic enemy and the treaty between the two factions that stops us blowing each other to dear hell.

I have also discussed this with Summer and he agrees that cautious neutrality is acceptable for the relationship between Outcasts and the Brets. Set to -0.55 both ways. Corps as well.

For the Hogosha ID i would like to request the following.

Having the KNF and KSP at the current -0.3 makes no sense, since their "bias" -for lack of a better word- is a seperate one from Kishiro. No rephack at all would suit roleplay a lot better. Rephacks removed.

For the GMG, i request a mutual -0.7 rather than the current -0.55. Set to -0.7

Bowex) are happy with the proposed plans for the Bowex ID and IFF with two alterations.

Daumann set to neutral (or +0.3 at max) to represent the current connection, deals and positive nature between the two factions at present. Rephack removed.
Furthermore in accordance with the current reputation between Bretonian lawfuls and the outcasts, as well as following the other reputational requests we request the OC being set to -0.55 (neutral no-dock) Already taken care of.

Changes to Daumann ID:

I see Corsairs and Corsair Guard were set to -0.3, at the beginning I would rather like to make it -0.55, secretive nature of that new relationship shouldn't be roleplayed out by Daumann IDed ships docking at Crete or Cadiz; supplies will be delivered by Unioners and "freelancers". Set to -0.55 both ways.

Unioners and Unioner Guard should be set to -0.55 - they're the middlemen between Daumann and Corsairs. Set to -0.55 both ways.

LWB and LWB Guard should be changed from -0.55 to -0.7 - dumb farmers pirating honest corporations, shooting our friends from Synth, and now that Saar thing... -0.55 must be an oversight. Set to -0.7

SynthFoods - Paste is ok, inRP Daumann and Synth have common interests and share common farmer enemy, they're fine. No need for rephack. Rephacks removed.

Cryer - similar to Synth story - they're our business partners, produce all of that anti-radiation stuff for Solarius crew and other drugs, remove rephack. Rephacks removed.

Colonial Military - not only they're IMG buddies and fought against us during the Turf Wars but also quite dislike our new Gallic and old Kusarian customers, mutual -0.55 rephack was requested by DHC long time ago and agreed on by the CR leadership. (bastards have Nyxes...it wasn't easy decision to me...muh...) Set to -0.55


Changes to Daumann IFF:

No need for rephack for Bowex - supporting their decision here. Already removed.

No need for rephack for Cryer. See above.

No need for rephack for SynthFoods. See above.

-0.55 for McColonials. See above.

Bundschuh should be set to -0.7 - same story as probably bugged LWB rephack. See above.

We'd like to see Coalition and SCRA set to -0.7 - they claim they don't shoot civilians, but they're damn commies, and hessian bros in addition. Red is dead. Engagebuging. Set to -0.7

Privateers - pirated us before, officially "rogue BAF squadron", now will pirate us on the way to and from Gallia, and probably in Omega-3... It's -0.7 in that case. Or at least -0.55. Set to -0.7

From obvious reasons -0.55 for Unioners and Unioner Guard. See above.

Reavers started working for lawfuls in Rheinland, it was requested to remove rephack, or reduce it to -0.3 at least. Set to -0.3 with all Rheinland factions.

We requested -0.7 for OSI , but if it's "muh, Daumann NPCs in other Houses" then -0.55 works here as well. No one gets away with working with hessian plague. Even Neutral ID. Set to -0.55 with all Rheinland corps, -0.7 with Military and Police.

Corsairs: -0.55 (Rodnas edit your post to approve or not. As you could gather at most early monday)
As kruger is too busy with the hessians in the first place they seek a common enemy to hit the hessians. In this case its the same as the DHC took the corsairs. Yet DHC is much more advanced with the negotiations then Kruger. (we only had 1 encounter ingame with a too eagerly benitez member. still thnx for the nice rp) Due to our early stage i would say give both factions the change to further evolve it and put it for now on -0.55. Awaiting an update from the Sair side. Sairs like taking things slow it seems.

Kruger has a CR hack of -0.7 yet CR don't have any for Kruger.. Put at least to both sides as -0.5.5 due to the turf wars within omega-7 as CR where assisting IMG. They're already at -0.55 both ways.

For the red hessians it is now -0.7 but its preferred to have them -0.9 as they are our worst enemies and may be seen on top of the replist! They're already at -0.9 both ways.

IDF is -0.3 and that I do not understand. As IDF itself has NO rephack at all! IDF ID has rephacks.
Also for the other gallic corporations there are no rephacks I would say at most give it 0.3 as we are improving our relations with gallia. This is also shown due to us asking for a trading permit within gallia. Only exception i would leave is the gallic junkers. As they sometimes like to pirate the kruger so leave that at -0.3 Rephack toward IDF removed.

The junker congress has given no problems with the kruger as far I know I would remove the rephack of the Junkers and its guard rep. I also asked some of the RM and had no answer neither. Rephacks removed.

Gallic brigands have a -0.7 hack towards kruger and vice versa. As they are targeting gallia mostly and the council and maquis for instance has no problems with the kruger. I would recommend removing this or lower it to a more fitting lvl. (or just say im too drunk atm.. Big Grin ) Gallic pirate groups are not supposed to be neutral with Rheinland, and yes, you clearly are.


06.10.2013 : Gallic Corporations: 0.3 to both sides, this due to the trading agreement. And improving relations with Gallia in general. We're not adding positive rephacks for now. No rephack is as high as it can get.

Spa and Cruise: remove the rephack as its not needed. Did nothing wrong from neither side. Rephacks removed.
Thats the last sorry for my clouded mind yesterday.

We believe there has been enough forum and ingame RP by the factions and indies carried out over the years for this change to take affect. Already removed.

ID:Council -0.7 --> -0.55
IFF:Council -0.7 --> -0.55
Samura supplies Exiles within Roussillon which is a Council dominated system.
While we are not friends with the Council as of yet, they have no doubt seen our efforts there. Set to -0.55 both ways.

ID:Synthfoods - No rephack --> -0.55
IFF:Synthfoods - No rephack --> -0.55
The dislike between Synthfoods and Samura is well documented within lore. Set to -0.55 both ways.
