That is how it works these days. TV and movies are full of violence and blood, but when you simply show people real human organ, that is what they consider really disgusting.

We do not live in the Magic Land of Prince Charming and The Loving Unicorns.

We live on Earth, and I would very much like to post some pictures or videos to remind/educate people of the real world we live in and make them realize that there is nothing grotesque about showing a real human organ, in the contrary: it can be educative but then admins will ban me for terrorizing the community.

That is the point of video games. It's a place we can go to ESCAPE the real world and forget about how crappy the real world is. So kindly keep your real-world gore out of my fantasy, thank you.

It's unfortunate, but not everybody sees things from your particular point of view.

Some people will happily look at the picture in question and go "oh look it's a liver, neat", while others will be upset about it and some other people will just be "meh" about it.

Having not seen the picture in question, I really don't care either way, but I do agree that pictures of that nature aren't really appropriate for posting here.
