Yeah we had that problem today as well, there were many Xenos, there were few SA we thought we'd taje the opportunity to strike a blow, but then a BHG battlecruiser turned up no announcements no nothing and blew me away, then we get reports of anohter battlecruiser enganing without a word so we ran.

Then you get a screen shot of the chat list with your death message and no chat from him warning you before hand.

Then you do the sanction report and he gets done for not 'declaring' before engaging.

In the case of a BHG battlecruiser engaging a junker CSV or collector you'd only need two battlerazors or an inferno and a mortar. More likely just two salvoes of all the 'normal' turrets to blow them up.

This is just the results of pvp-capship-spammage.

Number one, calm down in the future before posting. No shouting man, keep it cool.

Number two, Bounty Hunters acting like police or terrorists will be watched like a hawk in the future. It's getting out of hand and we need you guys to use your printscreen button. There are quite a few of you who RP as a BH perfectly. But the rogue BH, as well as the rogue police and military, are getting out of hand.

I kind of gave up with screenshots and reporting though. I once reported a Corsair landing on Freital (sc of his ID, sc of his rep, sc of him landing without shield and the red lights on). No sanctions were put on this person.

Hehe, some of the bounty hunters are great fun RP-ing and all,....

where's some don't, but atleast if someone is going to get killed, tell them why, "You have a bounty on your head, by XX for doing YY, Surrender now or be taken by force"

Bounty Hunters and Mercs shouldn't lift a finger unless offerd pay or one of them was threatned... you don't want to kill all outlaws for free, why will anyone pay you then.
