Same with optronic arrays: only available in Kusari. But I think the purpose is to promote player interaction. You need other haulers to get it for you. Same with optronic arrays. And some other construction materials.

Nothing new, cryocubes were in 4.86 available only in Gallia...

Intention is promote more interaction between factions. Unfortunately, it also promotes powertrading. So much new Kishiro indies appeared from nowhere when Gallia allowed export of cryocubes only to Gallic and Kusari shippers...

The cool way to get around this problem is to hire a faction to ship the stuff for you.

The less cool and far more mainstream way to do this is to grab an indie character and simply haul the stuff that way.
