I don't honestly know whos in change or sairs, to be perfectly honest I don't think anyone is. (dont take my word on that though)

reavers were on the brink of death until admins stuck a tazer up their vaginas, now they seem to be doing just fine.

I left bretonia police like 2/3 years ago, the police are pretty dead, though afaik they died as soon as i left all those years ago
