I am Gerard Lefevre. I am representing the Parisian Revolutionists, a small group of Council members who joined forces to fight against the Crown together. We do not differ from the other Council forces, we just have a special bond that keeps us together, we know each other for a long time.
I am writing to request permission to construct a modular space station in Roussillon. It would serve as a safe heaven for us, and we would like to make researches on experimental technologies, like cloaks and jumpdrives/scanners.

Your initiative is most welcome, et it sure is not a small task to maintain a space station et research ongoing aboard it, therefor I assume - et of course expect - you et your men to be in posession of the necessary skills et knowledge to be successful. While I see no particular reason for it, I neither have any obligation against discussing the details in an even more secure channel.
