I couldn't manage to figure the problem, can you please explain it ? Smile

I had this understanding that the script was written as per what happened to the inhabitants of Etheria when the Nomads attacked. Those that came with the Hyper-gate. This still shows the Nomads to be the antagonist. -- Correct me if I am wrong Smile

It dictates where these nomads have gone. You can't do that, since the mod lore, could, potentially have their come-back and by having this chunk as your lore, you prevent them that ability.

Please quote the offending text. Because it actually doesn't say that at all. What it does say is that on the same day that Trent was fighting against the Nomads of Sirius, another group of Nomads invaded the Etherium via hypergate technology. I stress again that these are not the Nomads that Trent has banished from Sirius, they are a new and previously unintroduced group entirely.

Was this some sort of synchronised attack by the Daam K'Vosh? I haven't answered that. I only left the part about Trent and the Nomad war at the start to show the timeline of events. Sorry if there is any confusion.

Alright. It just seems like the two are connected in your text, which is something I suggest you fix.

Also, it's not an attack by the Daam K'vosh, they are long gone and the nomads, their creations, are just attacking races that have been in what was once their empire, and what is at the boundaries of it. (Like Sol)

If you could help me identify the paragraph(s) where this confusion may have arisen I can take another look at it. I would prefer to make that quite clear, and there may be other parts of the original text that need tweaking. To be fair you are not the first person who has made this connection.

Have added a post at the bottom of the faction intro. This goes a long way towards fleshing out the motivations and mindset of the Etherium aliens - http://discoverygc.com/forums/showthread...pid1486258

Probably because people tend to like "we shoot everything" factions.

Right up until they are the ones getting shot at. It isn't so flash from the other end of the barrel.

I went into this knowing I wasn't going to please everyone, and it doesn't matter how much I try it simply isn't achievable. Unless you can be more specific, there isn't much I can do for you. Sorry about that.

To the others, thanks for the support, it is what is keeping me writing.
