I suggest staying out of Bretonia until you figure out EXACTLY where you stand on the issue. Although to be honest, I would expect Samura would hire out indies to take virus infected software places; they seem to have a penchant for henchmen, what's one more expendable? Besides fun RP, anyway.

I would like to see you guys put out LOTS of bounties, give all the BHG something legitimate to do, but make sure you specify they must be done in good faith (otherwise it hurts your image). As in, announce target before engaging, specify to target who sent the bounty, and don't fight LFs in caps. Stuff like that will not only control the BHG rampant over the place, but make you loved by literally everyone, EVEN the people you put bounties on (ooRP they'll love you at least).

Well, first, BHG are not allowed in Kusari space.
So, I can see AFA doing strikes on Kishiro from time to time, that could make their life more interesting..

The Farmers Alliance is little more than a puppet of Samura, who wishes to return to its Food and trade monopoly days. Samura uses them for much of its dirty work, attacking foreign shippers, Synth Foods, and even Kishiro on occasion.

And Hogosha does their dirty work from time to time also..
But, since AFA can't really stay in good relations with KNF in that case (unless you all RP it perfectly), there is a need for Kusari merc faction it seems.
A good one, like Mandalorians are in Brettonia and Liberty.
Or, even better, AFA can make it's mercenary squadron, which would work for Samura bounties, but would not be publicly connected to the AFA.

I agree with all except specifying who sent the bounty.
Samura would tell them to keep it a secret, no point in telling them who wants them dead.
No one can guarantee the outcome of the battle, so, it's not really an 'RP' thing to do, if working for Samura.

Also, Blunt and elgatodiablo have some good points about Mollies and Gaians.

So far everything looks really good. I would like to see however the ship list cleared up. While Samura may build some Kusari Naval ships it is still best to check with the Navy before using military vehicles. Lotek (Adm. Sulu) is the guy to see in that case. Also if you can make a more polished relations list and really break it down you would be spot on.

Speaking of consider under your friendly factions that you most likely wanted to add [Kishiro] as well, it's the trading wing of the KNF. So friendly with KNF should equal friendly with Kishiro. Other than that this has my stamp of approval and I welcome the additional rp into Kusari.
