Just a acouple of clarifications, the GC are a player faction, and the LR no longer have square brackets after their name. The LH also do not have square brackets.
Also
[QCR] it either means Queen Carina's Regulars, or Queen Carina's Regiment I have no idea which, I'm a member of the QCO we don't deal much with the common folk.
LPI Liberty Police Incorporated a player faction of fat, lazy, donut munching, coffee swilling incompetents. (You got the other two Police factions on there, this a blatant case of favouritism I tell you!)
Saint Del is considered a holy healer of diseases of children, but also as a protector of cattle.

I ditched the factions since Xoria takes care of them already. I kept some of the NPC faction names just for the fun of it. Thank for the sharp eyes. Feedback and more acronyms are welcome.
Personally, I think SNAC sounds better for the Supernova, but I don't think anyone calls it that. Think about it, "Someone's shooting me with SNACs!"
Firstly, would suggest you do away with using the FL abbreviation before you've defined it. Ideally a post clarifying abbreviations should not use those abbrevaitions except when clarifying.
Alterations
codies, can only be bought from Armouries.
GC, Golden Chrysanthemums, not Gloden Chrysanthemus
KoS, Kill on sight. the past tense would be KoS'ed
ooc/OOC, missed a few letters in roleplaying it says "not roplaying his/her part in server"
Traditionally PC and NPC mean Player Character and Non Player Character, but you're current definitions fit well
rep, Indicator should be changed to Indicates
Rep fixing, "means making the reputation to align with current character/faction" remove the word "to"
Shield Camping, "you continue with attack" should become "you continue with the attack"
Additions
LH Lane Hackers, whilst it is the player faction it should be added as it's used to define Lane Hacker NPCs
LPI, Liberty Police Incorporated. Again it's a used acronym for the police NPCs within Liberty, especially New York
Okay the bat wasn't needed, this is not me attempting to belittle your work just an attempt to iron out any wrinkles. Hope this helps.

I press Del. Ok, I might hate you for a couple of minutes, but after that childish bout I truly thank you for the time you took (that really I should have taken in the first place) to read through the dictionary. I know my Achilles heel is that I'm too lazy to proof read anything, since every line and sentence is perfect the second I write it down. The proof reading is for incompetents and illiterate. No wonder I spend half of the time later correcting my own posts since the sentences/thoughts don't make sense at all.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't boosting away from the fight to recharge shields, then coming back also the same thing? Provided that the one who's running stays within.. say.. 5k of his enemy (no gun has a range of 5k).
@C. Poo: Nova can snipe 4.2k if I'm not mistaken, although you have to be really good and your foe has to be flying either Planet Manhattan or just be really bad/not expecting it.
It's something that gets enough threads in rules, just say don't do it without defining a numerical limit to be abused.
