Well normally if base damage was turned off, the entire base should be turned off till the servers ok, cos its not fair to have wep platforms gate blocking/factories/ore storage/miner quickdocking available at no cost.

But if bases are being hacked, and therel be a rollback, well who knows/cares WHAT happens now?

As a former Disco server admin, I can safely say that it IS possible to restore the bases that were lost without affecting the others as each base has its own .ini file in the server's Multiplayer folder. This could even be accomplished pretty quickly by opening up a backup file from before the trouble began and pasting the backup directory over the active one and saying no to overwriting any existing files (when a base is destroyed its file is automatically deleted). Whether or not they should do this is another matter, but at least I can say it is possible.

Trust me I hope I'm wrong. I hope they can restore what needs to be restored without rolling it back. With so many bases that have gone down, I hope its still that easy to bring them back.

I think we can now safely say there has been an outbreak of Gremlins in the Temple of the Damned...

Just now (less than 5 minutes ago), the Malioboro station (in New Tokyo?) was destroyed.
I checked the neural net, and there wasn't anyone in that system. I can't recall the base being one of those listed as decaying.

Just leaving this notice for reference, so that they can check if the loss of that base was legit.
