Just some few questions? Since when its permited to pirate with ships above GBs and what was the motive to allow it?
I remenber a time when the limit was GBs and now i see Cruisers and BSs pirating. If there are complaints about "above the lane traders", "jump traders", etc, have anyone thought that this happens because anyone can pirate in those ships? "Hey i m a poor pirate, 10 mill or die" Common people, since when?
Pirates have cruisers, they pirate in them. Traders have jumpdrives, and "out of nowhere" capital jumpships, they jump trade in them.
But the ones that are pirating with cruisers dont submit for official faction status.
Also, QQ cant explain the questions raised in the other thread. And the cruiser you were mentioning was me. I didnt pirate you for 10 million ;-;
Did interact to decent amount of time before demanding 2 million, 500 of your cargo, and mocked the other guy who didnt speak for himself, inRP. See, everything is legal
Pirates running a pirate ID can use fighter/bombers, freighters, transports and GB's.
Unlawful groups that allow caps can use them within their ZOI's for such activities. What those ZOI's should or ought to be is where the QQ starts (as in drama over a group of indie's that brought their Outcast caps to Liberty/ NY to raise hell cuz the ZOI allows it).
If you got punked by an OC cap in Galileo or something...although its 'fringe' rp wise it is allowed so don't be too surprised by it. At least I don't think there's been any changes about it.

Unbalanced? Enlighten me plis.
You didnt pirate me. This isnt a thread for "hey i have been pirated by cruisers so now im gonna post it". Its a thread because of a time when there was a ship limit to pirate with. Thats all.
I just wanted to know whats the RP behind that. Unbalanced? Obviaously it is unbalanced.
Unbalanced? Yes. Problem? No. If you see a cruiser in the lane, you better start running. You shouldn't think that as a trader you have a right to be able to fight whatever sucker stops you in the lane. If you die to a pirate capital you only have yourself to blame as you didn't get out of the lane earlier, or you didn't run fast enough.
Technically speaking...from a transport's point of view..there's not much difference between a pirate catching you in the lanes in a bomber, gunboat, or Cruiser. All 3 have the ability to kill you fairly easily as long as you are far away from safe docking.
Pirating in a BS is silly...as the transport could just cruise away and you can't CD them.
