Can any of you guys help me. I had to reinstall my pc and could only write my character ID codes down on a piece of paper. when i enter the codes and signatures into this progam it believes them to be invalid ID's. I cant find my accounts and could have lost alot. If anyone has anything that might help, id much appriciate it.

I have installed FLAM on my 3 windows users to export the accounts.

Then i have put them all into one .adf file.

I installed the launchpad, imported the .adf files, but i cannot save them:



Any help please?

Yikes.. that looks like a good one. I'll try to reproduce this issue when I get home from work.

When you say "it believes them to be invalid ID's" do you mean Launchpad thinks they're invalid, or Freelancer? I can't recall any logic that would decide whether any data is valid. I think as long as all required fields are populated (name, code and signature) it'll take it.

If it's the Launchpad giving you this error, can I get you to post a screenshot?

Oh, apropos... That would work on 4.84 single player too? I think so then. This way, i can play all the missions again after years, without messing up all the files.

No idea, haven't tried it on 4.84 SP.

Thought I know it works with some other MP mods.

I have question for you. I downloaded and installed Launchpad.Everything is fine but I cant add my active account to Launchpad. I tried to import but I didnt find any *.adf file so I dont really know how to make it.

I'm having the same problem and can't really find any solutions on the forums :(

Try exporting the ADF format to DATA one via FAM,
mine was .DATA and it imported fine both of my accounts.

I've been in touch with DBS via PMs to help out and from what I can tell he doesn't use any account manager. Unfortunately, it looks like DBS' original account information was overwritten somehow so I've suggested he contact an admin and get some movechar codes put onto his ships and move them over to some account.

If the Launchpad indicates the currently activated account is not recognized by the application ("WARNING: Account not found!" emphasized in bright red at the bottom of the Launchpad), any attempt to activate another account without creating an account for the currently activated one will result in this code and signature being lost.
