Life of a farmer is a hard one. And even thou I don't know it from the first hand experience I have some friends who do. You have my condolences for the loss of your mother, I hope she is still alive and that you might have some chances of finding her alive.
Although Krüger Mineralien can't help you about the first part, at least we can help you in acquiring much needed credits for supporting your family. After you have provided your family with enough credits, your path might lead you to Rheinland Military or some other Rheinland organisation which could help you in locating your mother.

They recovered my escape pod, badly damaged, with me in poor state.
After many days I finally opened my eyes, but couldn't remember who
am I and what happened. As my health was better, and with big bill
to pay to medics, I borrowed little trading ship and started my
new life.
Soon I discovered, was happier in distant rockfields and unknown
nebulas then in crowded bars. I was flying non stop for days, finding
better and better trade routes.. all the time in hope that some familiar
sight will trigger the recall of my lost memory.
Then one day I encountered miners and was interested in job they do.
