Global Player Stats

It's about Global player stats. What I don't understand is, why is my friend not listened there? He has over 100h playing, 2000 kills and his not even listened as active player. He should be listened at least when sorted by kills, but he's not...
Didn't know where to put my question exactly, but i hope it's ok here

It's sorted after the ranks as you can see. Not the kills.
More money, equipment, etc. = higher rank
