Please note, that mostly Liberty corporations use the base for trading, and despite Humboldt is an independent system, you might expect hostilities from them, as you are from Rheinland. Please try to solve these incidents diplomatically (if any).

I am curious, if I can be granted permission to them as well, since the more channels to trade, the more money I can earn. In return, I can supply the necessary base maintanence materials when and where possible.

About the other stations, Puerto Rico is locked down to non-Junkers, but we might make an exception, it is decided by the leaders. I do not have control over the Inverness bases, so I cannot make any statement about docking permissions regarding those.
