Long time I haven't done this, about time eh? Anyway, fellow officer Oka Nakumura picked up multiple Blood Dragon life forms within the Chugoku system. We decided to check it out, and went to Chugoku system. We tried staying unseen, but they were close to where I came from. They caught us, and told us to leave their system. Being me, I said no, and well, they decided to give me duels for my life. Within the duels, all four of them were destroyed. The last one, was a gunboat, so I couldn't do much. "This is Commander Enomoto, captain of the KDS-Shimotsuki.
Today at 2000 hours, we received a message from Sado Taskforce in Tohoku about increased activity in the system. They had reported seeing ships of Libertonian origin in the vicinity of the Battleship since day 16th, and they were receiving similar readings somewhere in the system.
We launched from Kure Shipyard and headed to the Sado's position. Upon arriving we received orders to scout several points of interest and report any sightings.
We started from a safe distance of the Arch, but no contacts were spotted.
Proceeding to the Hokkaido jumphole, we passed by a GC bomber, piloted by a Akari.Ashikaga . We proceeded to the vicinity of Hokkaido anomaly, with no more contacts in sight.
As we were heading north to the edge of the Nampo cloud, we started receiving readings of neutral vessels. As we tried to approach, we started to detect ships with LSF markings, and soon after Blood Dragons ships. As soon as they had us in range they all converged upon our position, and within a minute our destroyer was surrounded by numerous LSF and BD fighters and some gunboats.
We engaged in a tense discussion, in which the LSF refused to either state the meaning of their presence, "classified" they said, and also refused to comply with Naval orders issued on the field. They also showed hostile interest in captured infected pilots in our custody, and open amicable relationship with the Blood Dragons and Order pilots present.
For a moment I was under the assumption that the LSF agents would attack us at the incitement of the Dragons, but their field leader ordered them to stand down and move away to another location, with the BD in tow.
Some GC vessels still circled our destroyer, close enough to see the pilots inside, but soon they left as well, as we were already en route to the Sado.
After we regrouped at the Sado, we were sent to observe the known anomaly into the far Omicron systems. At the location we spotted a Blood Dragon Cruiser, Bloody.Helm , apparently following the large group we had left before.
We kept our distance, and soon after the cruiser used the jumphole.
We were joined by [KNF]Ni.Ryuji.Oda and patrolled the area around the Sado. We spotted a Order Geb vessel, Kahless .
We also had two separate encounters of freelancers in the system, one Ozei's.Swift.Endeavour in a Camara , and a KC|Alma.Arcane in a Bounty Hunter Gunboat.
The KC| vessel was pretty defiant of our orders, and claimed that we had no authority in the area. We gave up chase when we encountered again BD forces arriving form the far Omicrons. Our orders at the time were to scout and gather data on the movements and intentions, so we avoided being drawn into engagements.

Due to a lot of unexpected circumstances, the Command Center of the Sado Taskforce has been unable to provide us with guidelines to this incident.
We request that this report be forwarded to High Command posthaste, and also to the Kempeitai. We also request new orders and rules of engagement for Libertonian vessels found in Kusari space in future missions.

Naval transport [KNF]Akita-maru , after several supplying actions in the Honshu system departed from Planet New Tokyo in direction to Battleship Matsumoto in the Hokkaido system. Cargo consisted of 500 marines personnel and equipment, intended for the rotation of all brigades of the battle group north, and 2635 crates of sake, to be distributed to the Battleship and other outposts in the area.
Trip went without incident, and the captain reported light Blood Dragon presence, although the police reports confirm that the BD have increased their aggressiveness against traffic passing through the system.
500 captured prisoners from the skirmishes of recent weeks embarked on the Akita-Maru, and soon were joined by 1320 Criminals detained by the police in the last 30 days, all to be shipped to Fuchu prison.
The return trip went well, and the Akita-Maru picked up 1315 units of h-fuel for resupply of the Myoko stationed in Shikoku.
The criminals and prisoners were delivered to Fuchu prison without incidents, and the Akita-Maru will remain in the area until new order arrive.

Konnichiwa, this is Intelligence Officer Yamada. There have been quite some activity today, and reports came from several places. I'll transmit a small summary of them.[/color]
After a large skirmish in Honshu order was sent to our standing squadrons to sortie and make sure other regions were safe. Fuji-1 launched from the Nagumo and patrolled the routes in the Kyushu system, under supervision of [KNF]Kh.H.Ishikawa and elements of the Kusari Territorial Police (designation RKS|- ).
Fuji flight found a small IMG convoy with freelancer escort at Tsushima Depot, holding up for remaining escorts on route. Fuji-1 inquired about the size and need for freelancer escorts. The IMG convoy proceeded without problems, although RKS|- reported some sort of route detour taken inside the Kyushu system. Fuji-1 was unable to reestablish contact before the convoy readings were lost by the region wide radars.
With Kyushu calm and secure, Fuji-1 returned to it's base.
Myoko's garrison in Shikoku was ordered to launch it's bombers after reports of unknown ships heading to New Tokyo with suspicious denominations ( BMF tag reported). Lieutenant Naoki Seok responded to the call and headed to New Tokyo jumpgate, where the police elements were waiting for the ships.
Upon arriving in New Tokyo, Seok found a convoy of two bretonian transports with BMM and Bowex papers and transponders, escorted by a BMM affiliated Spatial fighter.

The captain of the Cargo.Mac.Rae stated some Samura business as the reason of his Kusari Codex 6-2 infraction, arguing with both KNF, RKS police officers, and even unmarked Kempeitai operatives on the scene. [KNF]Kh.H.Ishikawa was also present at the scene.
The ships carried a full cargo of Mox fuel, and were reluctant to obey the commands to return to the Liberty border. The captain of the Cargo.Mac.Rae even claimed to be a Bretonian lord, which seemed to pick interest on one of the Kempeitai agents, which tentatively ordered his arrest.
Our officers were to start contesting such authority, but the Bretonians picked the message and turned around, guided by the police contingent.
The Myoko wing stood on guard for a while with the New Tokyo elements, before returning to base.

PRIORITY MESSAGE
The following information has been classified as top secret by Naval Command.
Konnichiwa, Niito Kaisa Katsuo Shimoe reporting on a large skirmish in Hokkaido/Kyushu sectors. Several Nomad entities were located and engaged during the course of the mission, with little success.
I and a wing composed of Teta Nakamura-san and Jiro Taiyouji departed from the Matsumoto in Hokkiado system, where the Naval Forces Battlecruiser KDS-Teiko`suru`|66th was reporting multiple readings of unknown vessels, with a possibility of Nomads involved.
With no clear reports of sightings, and doubting the veracity of the readings either from the ships systems and those from the raday array network spread around key sectors of the system, we decided to conduct area patrols to try to locate something.
While on the patrol, a GMG vessel Tobias.Chow passed by with a cargo of Human Organs. Later review of the law codex revealed this is an irregular situation, and GMG vessels with this cargo are to be halted and questioned. Fines and cargo apprehension are to be conducted.
A round on the lanes revealed nothing, and the Samura exploration site was clear of contacts. With the Teiko-suru sweeping the northern clouds, our attentions turned west, to the less patrolled region and to patrol route 023, on the far side of the sun.
We were somewhat spread out, and when we started detecting contacts, it took a while before others could verify them.
What we found however was all sorts of dangers.
While at first I located only a light nomad vessel, it was near an GC transport, denomination \W/~Kurai.Hikari . It became apparent that some sort of interaction was occurring, but before I could intervene, Jiro warned me about a much bigger problem.
Jiro had located what looked like one of the largest Nomads we had any reports of, escorted by a wing of light class entities, like fighters.
Their presence caught us unawares, and confusion spread amongst the commands on my wing, me particularly affected.
The Teiko-suru apparently approached too quickly the nomad group, and entered battle with the group, taking heavy damage until it became combat inoperative.
With the nomad group moving south, apparently to pass through Kyushu, Jiro warned me about the consequences of leaving them further into Kusari.
We were ill equipped to deal with the group as a whole, with 3 fighters and one bomber. With the reinforcements of Ryuuji Oda, we started delaying tactics, engaging the fighters while reinforcements muster.
2 events took the situation to the worst turn. The GC transport, evidently mesmerized by the presence of the large vessel, feel to their influence and began engaging our forces. While we were focused on the nomads, eventually we had to open fire on the transport too because it's firepower was a threat to our pilots.
The second event was the appearance of a IND registered vessel, a Shukenza Renzu Liner designated [IND]Summary.Judgement . The IND vessel seemed unfazed by the nomad presence, and tried to observe the engagement to it's own peril, ignoring several commands to head to safety.
The confrontation seeped out to the Kyushu side. Nakamura-san was reporting systems failure, and pulled out of combat safely.
With only two fighters, progress was slow against the enemies, although I have seen some sort of "friendly fire" practiced by the nomads upon the GC vessel.
We received word that the KDS-Izumo was heading to the system to provide firepower against the large entity, but the Nomad big as a Battleship was not in our scanners, hiding away somewhere in the cloud, so the captain of the vessel took caution.
Ryuuji Oda was credited for taking down one of the fighters, and the other's scurried away in the clouds, along with the GC vessel.
Hideaki Ishikawa-san arrived in his fighter at this moment, and we decided to pull out of the clouds into clear space, near Planet Kyushu.
While we were evaluating the situation and bringing the IND vessel to Kyushu orbit, an unknown contact appeared from he west. Pilot name and the Templar fighter identified this Edward.Hope as a bretonian. His conversation was confusing, talking about stopping a new war in Bretonia, and about some sort of "thing" he had in his possession. He made us run for a while before returning to the planet vicinity.
He began attacking police vessels, and threatening the IND vessel with a forced boarding (technically unlikely), and was decided to neutralize the bretonian.
The bretonian attacked the liner, and soon one nomad fighter appeared close by and joined him in harassing our forces.
During this period, a report came in that the KDS-Izumo group had found and destroyed the large nomad. I am not aware where this took place, but seems some freelancer was involved.
In our fight, another GC, this time \W/~Tanaka.Miki in her ubiquitous gunboat made an appearance. Citing something about her sister, probably that easily "influenced" Kurai.Hikari , she engaged our vessels.
We've lost H. Ishikawa fighter, and while heavily damaged, the nomad and the bretonian ran away and couldn't be neutralized.
The GC after drawing some of our forces away, also pulled out.
With critical damage to a Battlecruiser, heavy damage on the KDS-Izumo, and one fighter lost, I was not in the mood to listen to the calm speech of the IND captain. The IND vessel has been grounded on Planet Kyushu and it's crew awaits questioning by our intelligence services (both Navy and Kempeitai).
In the end of the mission, our officer Ryuuji Oda, reported receiving a large sum of money from the IND pilot, apparently a veiled attempt of gaining our favor, disguised as an investment for material and navy ships.
Admiral Ishikawa has commanded all the participating pilots to go under security and health check for possible nomad infection and aftereffects.
My medical report revealed no nomad or foreign substances within me, but the doctor warned about about evident mental stress and fatigue.
I was ordered to take some days off duty. Teta Nakamura will be put during this period on lead of my wing, should any sorties occur.

Following a report from our colleagues of the Kusari Territorial Police, we dispatched a wing to verify this intel.
Lieutenant Naoki Seok flew to the Kepler system and located the base.
While it is located within the Kusari zone of influence, we have not received any prior transmission regarding it's existence, and the docking systems do not allow entrance to the pilots we have sent.
While we have no restrictions about building outside Kusari sovereign territory, we do not know who is operating such a base so close to our borders, and if it has the potential to harbor criminals and enemies of Kusari.
Our intelligence division recommends obtaining more information through communications channels, either to the still unknown owners of the station, and to the Liberty authorities, considering the security issues of our common border.
These steps should be taken before committing assets to either, interdict, capture or destroy the infrastructure.
Visual recordings of the base are awaiting Intelligence division clearance before being presented.

On the return trip, Lieutenant Naoki Seok, reported sightings of a GC pilot hanging around the lanes in the Shikoku system. The suspect declared that it was attempting to engage traders in begging and petty piracy actions, to which Seok ordered the GC to either leave, or to surrender to the Ohashi Border station.
The pilot called \W/~Sannin refused to leave or surrender, and a skirmish started, on which Seok managed to take down the "Marauder" heavy fighter.

Konnichiwa, Nitto Kaisa Katsuo Shimoe here. Today there have been some things worth mentioning in my patrol, some that require special attention.
I departed to the Sigma-17 system to participate in some peacekeeping operations near Planet Kurile, and the Cryer's Akta Station.
We have captured some Outcast and Corsair pilots, and when the mission was done, we started heading back to Kusari and to Shikoku to deliver the prisoners.
On the Honshu- New Tokyo gate I came upon a Naval checkpoint, composed of the Battleship.Katsuyori and Abe.Masakatsu in a fighter.
The checkpoint under command of Captain Masakage of the Katsuyori reported an increased activity of Outcast smugglers, mainly in ships identified with a designation prefix (_ . Several were stopped by the checkpoint, but the pilots reported that they expected more to appear sometime soon.
Another important piece of information was that the pilot of their division had located a base and were engaged by hostiles in the Kepler system. I asked them to lead me to the location so I could check with my own eyes.
The Katsuyori was parked at Osaka, and captain Rusu.Masakage came in his bomber to guide me to the site.
During the voyage, he reported that the base was defended by Rogue, Junkers, and a freelancer association called AFC, and that these forces had taken down a Naval ForcesDestroyer.Tsunenaga during the encounter.

Near Deshima, we stopped a merchant called Eric, at the helm of a Pilgrim Liner ship called Smuggler's.Dream .
We informed him about the outlaw condition of the vessel model, and the pilot complied to the order of turning back to Liberty space.

We arrived at the Kepler system, and my suspicions confirmed that it was the station mentioned int he intelligence division and police reports, with designation Blackport66 .
I then returned to Shikoku, delivered the captured pilots, and landed at the Myoko to transmit this report.
Having checked the location, and taking the consideration the report given by the pilots, I recommend that the installation Blackport66 be given high threat designation, and that measures against it be taken soon.
The captain of the Katsuyori, currently engaged in patrols in Honshu reported to be ready for any armed intervention required.

Yesterday I was deployed from the Battleship Matsumoto to investigate a suspicious transport that had passed the Otaru Border Station with a LN transponder, heading north.
I launched on my bomber and made haste to Rishiri system, and then to Nagano where the trail was heading.
I've found nothing near the gate, and headed to the Luxury Liner Mackinac to recalibrate my scanners to the new system environment.
As I approached planet Tomioka, I located the suspect Libertonian transport.
The vessel, designation 4-56|LLS-Rushmore-E , was a Mastodon transport of a Logistics Division of a Liberty Navy Fleet, carrying furs from Tomioka. It is unknown what they had brought with them to Nagano.
I've interrogated the pilot about his presence there. The Lieutenant Commander Mike seemed more at home in a shipping company than in the Navy, and all this talk about navy ships doing commercial work seemed highly suspicious. His tendency to call me Tojo was odd, and either it is a Liberty codename, or my transponder was corrupted. I asked both engineering and the intelligence office for both possibilities.
Since the pilot was on his way back to Liberty, I just decided to escort him to the border, to make sure he wouldn't make any trouble, and no trouble came to him.
We had a long conversation on the flight to Kepler, and parted way at Ames research station. He promised to have his division give us notice when such flights occur on our territory, but I wouldn't count on those Libertonians to follow our rules very much.

Konnichiwa, this is Intelligence Officer Yamada. Commander Enomoto of the Destroyer KDS-Shimotsuki has sent his latest action report, that we reproduce in the following space.

"This is Commander Enomoto, captain of the KDS-Shimotsuki.
Today at 2000 hours, we received a message from New Tokyo space control operations about a large vessel in orbit, which triggered the sector Naval Operations Alarm.
The Shimotsuki deployed from his post in the system, and headed to the Planet orbit, while establishing contact with other Kusari Naval Forcesvessels who also rose to the alarm.
We located the ZonerNephilin Class Capital Ship called NebuchadnezzaR, which was immediately ordered to halt and stopped from moving towards Shinagawa. Soon the Battleship KDS-Hakurei and the Battlecruiser Aryen arrived to take control of the situation.
The Captain of the KDS-Hakureihandled negotiations, and issued a reprimand to the Zoner Captain, and 5 million credit fine, and determined that the Zoner be escorted to Ames in the Kepler system.
The voyage was slow, due to the vessel large structure being incompatible with most tradelane systems.
Before the elements of the Liberty Navy that were requested arrived, a Junker vessel called Blade.Runner with a cargo hold full of slaves dropped in our range while we were talking to a merchant. He tried to speed through the group, but was stopped.
Seeing the futility of his position, he opened fire on the Shimotsuki, which was promptly replied by all Naval Forces vessels present.
With the aid of several merchants and travelers, the survivors were taken to Ames, and the zoner administration notified regarding the case.
Liberty Navy elements of the 5th Fleetarrived, and were informed about the occurrence, before the Shimotsuki was called with urgency to report near the KDS-Myoko, in the Shikoku system.
A Cryer vessel at the scene later reported a "Coalition" heading to Kusari, but we were unable to verify what was it, and where.

Yesterday I set out from my last resting spot on the Myoko and headed north to make an inspection on a new installation on the Kyushu system.
On the way, I met [KNF]Nk.Shouzou.Yamada , which was investigating reports of Blood Dragons in the New Tokyo system. We set out to find the suspects, but could not trace their whereabouts.
Proceeding to Kyushu, we arrived at the Nebula Complex without any troubles along the way. The station stands fittingly within the Seiran Cloud, so the security hazards are high.
Upon inspecting the facilities, one of the merchants was exhibiting an most unusual artifact, quite different from the ones I've seen for sale on the markets. As I am not an expert on the matter, I intend to dispatch a team to go evaluate the artifact, and confiscate it if deemed dangerous.
Also, some sort of production facility is operating in the Complex. There needs to be some inquiries regarding this new productions.

Another event occurred when we were returning to New Tokyo. On arrival on Planet Kyushu, a trader coming from the New Tokyo jumpgate reported a Blood Dragon vessel on the vicinity. Yamada-san went ahead to investigate, while I stood waiting and restricting passage for traders into the marked zone. Yamada soon reported a Dragon Cruiser, designation Marayeth , effectively interdicting transports on the gate.
After some talk about our opposing views, and some transports that passed trough his grasp, he decided to focus his attention on us.
As it was obvious that our fighter wing wouldn't dent his hide, we decided for me to pin him down and keep his attention, while Yamada pulled back to request reinforcements.
The plan worked, and soon the [KNF]KDS-Zanza|66th battle-cruiser arrived to the scene, being immediately targeted by the Marayeth.
An engagement between the two cruisers began, with the Marayeth taking an evasive stance and heading out to the fields south. The Zanza kept its pace, and gradually worn down the Marayeth with our support.
The Marayeth was taken down, and with our appreciation to the Zanza, we returned to our base in the Matsumoto, ending our patrol for the day.
We recovered some ammo crates and countermeasures of odd design from the wreckage, which we sent for analysis back in the labs.
