Good day Sir,

Whilst on Patrol, today, I decided to visit Inverness as I hadn't been there for a while. On my around Inverness I decided to call in at the 3 Junker Bases there and do a spot check. I was surprised to find that all 3 - The Junkyard, Sigma Junker Guard Station and Dyke Space Port had restricted docking and I was refused to be allowed to dock.

This is in direct contravention of Base Construction and Zoning, Chapter 5, Sub Section 4 (Base Operational Regulations).which states - All stations must have docking permission at all times for Bretonian Law Enforcement Agencies: this includes the BAF|, BIS| and BPA).

If these Bases have been given a Special Dispensation from these Regulations then I am sorry for disturbing you Sir.

I picked up an Outcast Battleship on LAGSNET, sporting an Illegal Jump Drive MK3. He refused to Leave Bretonia, so we simply removed the offending item from his ship permanently.

Good day Sir,

I started my Patrol at 23:49 and made a round trip around NL ending at Kensington. At approximately 00:01 I was contacted by a Republican Shipping (RS) Captain flying RS|RTS-Bremen. He reported that a Universal Shipping Incorporated (USI) Ship had attacked him. About a minute later a USI Ship, [*USI*]Ixonia, arrived at Kensington. The Captain of the RTS-Bremen identified this as the ship that attacked him.

I ordered the ship to stop but the Ixonia attempted to run. I eventually managed to get the Captain to see sense when I knocked his shield out. I proceeded to question both Captains but all I received was accusations that each other was the aggressor. About this time RS|Johny Smirnoff, a RS heavily armoured and armed Mining Ship, turned up. At 00:07 Archangel One, a BAF Bomber, arrived at the scene.

The USI accusations are that RTS-Bremen demanded 5 million from the USI Ships and a fight ensured. USI lost 2 Ships one full of Helium 3 and the other full of Gold.

The RS accusations are that the USI attacked them but no reasons were given.

The Ixonia was a lightly armoured ship with 1 gun whereas the RTS-Bremen was heavily armoured and had multiple guns. I am not sure why a ship would attack another ship that has more firepower and more heavily armoured than it, as the Captain of the RTS would have me believe. Stranger things have happened in space I would presume.

Having checked the logs gained from the tradelane sensor network I can ascertain that RS|Johny Smirnoff arrived in to Cambridge at 23:59 from Omega 3 and arrived at the scene of the questioning at 00:04. I can only conclude that he had no prior involvement in the altercation between the 2 Shipping Groups. Other RS| ships within Bretonia at this time were RS|RTS-Bremen and RS|RTS-Lipsia (this one turned up at the scene at 00:15). The latter ship also seems to have been involved in the altercation as he admitted he opened fire in self-defence.

USI ships in Bretonia were [*USI*]Ixonia, [*USI*]Detroit[T] (information gained from the tradelane sensor network).

I also had long range communication from one [*USI*]C.Brown[CA] claiming that their Shipping had been attacked by RS in NL and that USI wanted 50 million credits from RS for damages inflicted.

Losses from the USI, from what I can tell, 2 ships - [*USI*]Iveco[T] and [*USI*]Lincoln[T].

Losses from the RS, as far as I can ascertain – none.

My feelings about what happened, I am not sure but I can say that my feeling was that the USI Captain of the [*USI*]Ixonia seemed frightened. This is possibly why he ran when he saw me with the RS|RTS-Bremen. The RS seemed very aggressive and even to the point of bringing in a heavily armoured and armed ship.

No fines were issued at this time as it seemed better to defuse the situation and seeing as the shots were fired before I came on duty.

I informed both Parties that I would be submitting a report and that they should expect a report from the BPA shortly. With this I sent both Parties on their way and told them to return Home at once. I apologise, but I did tell them that I would shoot any of them if I caught them shooting within Bretonia Space again. In my defence they were squabbling like children and after a long day I lost my patience.

I had slight difficulties adjusting my Display and TLAGSNET Protocol to my favored configuration, and I am ashamed to say that possibly 2 ( two ) Smugglers importing Artefacts in one case and Black Market Munitions in the other may have escaped control protocol in due corse of these difficulties.
However I am positive that they have noticed my presence, and both ships did not reenter Bretonian House Territory in the duration of my Patrol.

I passed the registered Bases of Tower of London, Illfracombe and Fortitudine / FortiSec without any relevant occurances in due corse of my Patrol.

Furthermore I report a short TLAGSNET contact of an unknown ship
( Shabangebang ) with advanced corsair technology and Bomber configuration in Newcastle. I warned Traders in New London and set course to check, but the ship evaded contact and was last seen entering Dundee.

I continued making a full border check, passing all known Newcastle, Manchester , Cambridge and Pool Jump holes before returning to New London for a thorough scan of the Dublin and Leeds Anomalys before returning to New Scotland Jard.

I must admit that my escape from two Gallic Gunboats near the Roussillon Jump Hole was too close. I must remember that they sport Cruise Disruptors in future patrols.

I am ready to do my duty again and hope that an experienced officer will check or better my performance in due corse.

Affixing second report directly for easy access.

After I have had the Opportunity to get assistance from an experienced Officer, I finished my tour to scan and map in my ppersonal navfiles the rest of the border jump holes in Dublin, Salisbury and Omega-3.
Furthermore I took up Patrol duty directly at Planet New London to show presence to Traders.

Hereby I must report a Pirate Gunship that refused to cut engines and continued openly to the Leeds Jumphole.

I did not disrupt the Ships engines, but I warned local Traders of its presence and follow it to the jump hole.

No combat was initiated, but the Ship´s Pilot did not react more than rudely refusing to halt. I suggest watching for this ship to learn more of its owners and pilots intentions and ask to be informed if there is any CGS| criminal file available.

Still later I was alerted by the com notation of a bretonian civilian :
A Gaian strike force consisting of a Gunboat and a heavy Fighter had opened hostilitys in Dublin against one of our honest Miners.
I managed to react fast enough to catch them red handed , but alas the chase went over 2 Sectors and I could do little more than alert all friendly and neutral travellers in Dublin and later in New London. Several times there was a dogfight between my agile Hussar and the Gaian Fighter till both - the fighter and the Gunboat - finally retreated to Newcastel and beyond.

I confess that the damage on my Hussar and pure exhaustion help me from following to the third system.

A quiet Patrol. But interesting.
Started in Manchester and got to check the BMM / BMF mining areas. Got a report about a suspicious ship in Cortez but could not verify it.
I decided to return via Inverness and can confirm that both privately owned Junker stations licenced in this remote system still have open docking registry to BPAuthority. No one was around and being alone I did not check thoroughly.

Returned via Newcastle and scanned the Gaian base from a distance. Everything quiet, even though I could feel the gunners from their Rock Hideout taking aim at my Hussar. I cept my distance and continued to the New London gate after recieving a command from a senior Officer.

I scouted the path for the BPA)Lionsgate[CCD] to Fort Bush / Liberty House Zone I / System New York.
No major occurances on the voyage and I thank the commanding Officer for all advice during the voyage.
We returned after a short and uneventful contact with LN Forces and were then hailed by a Rhineland Gunboat at the Magellan <> Manchester Junp Gate.

I have secured the logged com protocol and will present it to BPA / BAF Authority if neccesary.
In short words : The Kapitän of the vessle was trying to convince us to mistrust Liberty Forces and trust Rheinland.

After receiving some intelligence from a BIS Agent, about a possible illegal Base in the Magellan System, I spent a bit of time investigating and eventually found it.

I must have dozed off as when I came to my recorders had captured the Docking message of one =Z=Exositas. I waited around for a little while but the ship didn't undock. Eventually another Ship undocked and I managed to speak to its Captain. Find the transcript below:

This is Junior Constable Brown reporting on a situation that has developed.

Today, while on patrol, I ran into a Gaian Bomber who was harrassing a Universal trade ship on a lane in Manchester. The Gaian ordered me to keep distance, or he would destroyed the trader. So I did and some how the trader was able to diplomatically work his way out of the situation without paying the Gaian! The trader later contacted me about the encounter and relayed this information:

Quote:Captain Thomas Marwick, Universal: I am a part of the Universal Management and a Chief Security Officer - I have something you might find useful.

Constable Brown: And what's that sir?

Captain Thomas Marwick: That Gaian girl - asked me to be inside man in Fortitudine in exchange for immunity to their...donations. I will of course play that game - it's for the profit of my company - but let's say my...intel won't be very accurate, or even true. I will inform you about anything I will do in this case.

Constable Brown: Thank you, that will be most helpful.

Obviously, the nature of this situation demands the utmost secrecy. We cannot allow the Gaians to know we have this information, so I have heavily encrypted this message.

I offer up a suggestion: that we increase patrols in Manchester and request more security for Fortitudine station.

Today when I was on patrol, first I started in Dublin. Dublin was clear so I went to check Leeds. On the way to Leeds there was nothing. When I entered Leeds there were no signs of traders smuggling. So I saw two traders on my scanner going to New Castle. I went there and I found that they are carrying Side Arms. They didn't had license so I wrote them ticket of 538000$ sirius credits.

Good day Sir,

Yesterday I was patrolling in Newcastle checking for anything suspicious and as I do when I am on Patrol I keep a constant eye on the TLAGSNET. At approximately 2240 I scanned a ship and noticed that it had:

Imp. Debilitator Mk II,Imp. Debilitator Mk II,Adv. Debilitator Turret Mk II,Mosquito Cruise Disruptor,Nomad Hybrid Cloak Mk I,Nomad Mine,Armor Upgrade Mk VIII,Nomad Power Cell,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype.

I have previously come across this kind of set up. The last time I saw this was the backend of last year when I and a few other BPA Officers were involved in a fight in Cambridge with ships with this type of gear. In that fight was about 3 of them plus a Nomad Big Ship that turned up to aid them. We knew something was wrong because we had watched them arrive at our position on the TLAGSNET but we couldn’t physically see them. I later heard it was some kind of Cloaking Technology. The Nomad Ship wasn’t a Battleship Size but was probably about the size of a Destroyer/Cruiser Class. The Fight ended with the destruction of these, what I later learnt were Wilde, and the Nomad diving in to the Sun. Two devices were dropped by these Ships that were picked up by the BPA Officers on site. These Wilde, when they died, seem to drop a device which I was told by the BIS Agents, that came to collect them, called a Nomad Power Cell (which as you can see is part of the inventory of the ship above).

I also came to the conclusion that the Nomads/Wilde don’t like losing them because when we entered back in to New London, more Nomads started to appear (these ones were big) and started asking for these items back. They seem to have some weird Telepathy or something because the radios weren’t making any noise but we could hear them.

Anyway back to yesterday. I happened to notice a couple of those BIS Judge types were around in New London whilst I was there. When I looked for their location I noticed that they were in Dublin. So I sent them a warning. I then noticed that this possible Wilde Ship was also heading to Dublin as well. The ship jumped into Dublin 33 seconds after I had warned them. So I informed them of this development.

About 3 minutes later I scanned a ship that had just entered in to Cambridge from Omega 3. This ship’s set up was somewhat similar to the previous one:

Armor Upgrade Mk VIII,Nomad Hybrid Cloak Mk I,Adv. Debilitator Turret Mk II,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Heavy Disruptor Bolt,Nomad Prototype,Nomad Mine,Nomad Power Cell.

This led me to believe that it was also possibly one of these Wilde. I informed the BIS Agents of the further development.

Now this is where it started getting problematic. Well next think I noticed was that the first ship, Alexandra.Foster, re-entered New London. That wasn't too much of an issue for me because I was still in Newcastle. The next thing I noticed was that both of them appeared to be heading up towards Newcastle. You know I said that they have this kind of Telepathic Power, I started to wonder if they had ‘heard’ my communication to the BIS Agents and wanted to shut me up. At this thought the hairs on the back of my neck stood up and I started to worry. I decided to head ‘across country’ and head for the Manchester Jump Hole. Whilst I was heading there I kept a track of them on the TLAGSNET. They travelled all the way up to South Shields. About this time I was just jumping in to Manchester.

I started to convince myself that I was being paranoid. But I then noticed that they had turned around and they headed back through Newcastle, New London and then in to Manchester. I decided that they were indeed hunting me and so I hid in the Ice Fields. At Birmingham one went towards the Cortez Jump Gate and the other to the Magellan Jump Gate.

Maybe the ice stopped them from ‘reading’ where I was, I don’t know, but not long after that they both vanished. I am not much as a Fighter Pilot, if I was I would have probably joined the BAF, but how am I to combat ships that can go from one end of Bretonia to the other end without being intercepted by any of our Patrols or even our Battleships that they flew past? Lucky for us these Nomad/Wilde don’t seem aware of the TLAGSNET. I think that this is probably our best defence against them if we can get some Ace Fighters out there to somehow intercept them.
