Maturity: Compared to a lot of people I've seen of my age, yes.

Time: I think I've been saying to myself that I need something to do so that I can pass the time... more than a thousand times.

Biases: I can easily place any aside. As I don't seem to have much.

Working with a team: Fully possible. And actually, this would probably be better in my honest opinion.
