Not as much as I used to, but definitely - 4-10hrs a week. Also I lurk more than I play, so forum time is 'home' to me.

Honestly, I am a mysanthrope who equally scorns and hates every living humane being on this pathetic earth and therefore, I am inclined to state that I would be a paragon of equality.

Indeed, I can. I hope that my disco past can be enough of a proof of my behaviour and my predisposition to biases. Bias would be an unacceptable act you won't see exuded from me.

Can you work with a team?

May I dress as a cheerleader? I consider working as a team, especially as part of a team of moderators that guarantee the well being of an exquisite and overtly finespun site such as discovery to be a privilege for me and I'd be honoured to do so.

Yes, I were already many times Moderator, Game Admin on other games, however all those experience doesn't count actually. Yes, I feel qualified enough for this position. I could give you the contact data of some other forums where I am atm Moderator. They would tell you about my past services for them.

Yes, I do have the time. The minimum would be 4 hours a day. The maximum would be, the whole day.

I've been around for like five years, I'm leading an official faction and I'm totally reasonable and I'd make mature decisions etc. The orange would clash horribly with my avatar, but otherwise I'm an excellent candidate.
