Affirmative, I primarily flew a Liberator back in my Navy days. I prefer the interceptor style to full-on brawling, I tend to live longer that way.
Why are you interested in joining the LSF?
I've the option to leave the navy, or continue service in it. Figured I'd spread my wings a bit, see where else I could be useful.
Do you have a criminal record, or have been in trouble with the Liberty law? If so, for what reasons?
1 count of assault on a Rogue I... "encountered" in a bar on Pittsburgh who was trash-talking the commander of a ship I served on. He deserved the broken glass shards in his face.

I'm here to serve Liberty, and to protect the people, even from the things they dont know about, and have no business knowing about.

I grew up on Manhattan, and got tired of seeing the same scenery in the slums. I graduated highschool, found no direction in much of anything until I was asked to drive a friend to a mall, and in boredom, I wandered into the nearest Naval recruitment office, and the rest is history.
'bout a year ago, I was approached by one of your independent cell officers, Commander O'Maley, and told me of some of her "unclassified" operations... they seem a helluva lot more interesting than the endless patrols the Navy was offering me so... here I am forwarding the application

What should an LSF member do (Tasks, RP style, etc)?
LPI patrols the lanes, keeps the peace, and arrests smugglers.
LN Fights Liberty's wars and maintains a bulk force throughout the house
LSF fight the enemies of the state the people would best not know about, find their weakspots and hammer them. It is best they work in the shadows, and out of the public eye.

Yupperz.
Then explain why the following rules are important: 3.1: No randomly attacking anybody with no RP. People could be doing an event, could be holding high value equipment, or could be AFK. Always give prior notice and RP before engaging. Absolute minimum of 2 lines and a minute of response time
3.3: Say someone pirates you, you pay them off and they kill you anyway.... kinda means you just wasted the money paying them off.
3.4: Were a ship to dock and have it not count as a PVP death, ships could bail out of fights, repair and re-arm, and just fly back into the fight. Within RP, no ship only takes mere minutes to repair. It takes days, or months if its a cap.
5.2: (not sure which rule you mean here, so I'll assume you mean "Are at the scene of a battle and refuse to leave when told to leave." ) If someone refuses to leave a fight when instructed and they are below min level, they are signing their own warrant. 5.6 to 5.8: Non-existant

I feel a convoy escort job doesn't allow me to realize my full potential. I wish to do more for our Liberty, to train and eventually serve with the Special Forces Elite.

I was born in Planet Manhattan, not a pleasant place to live in my opinion....When I was 8 years old, my dad would tell me stories about his 'adventures' when he was a convoy escort, until my mother died, he stopped being one....I never managed to see her...When I grew up, I went to flight academies and recieved basic combat training and decided to become a Convoy escort my my parents.
After a few years being one, after my father died, I wanted to put an end to my miserable life...but somehow I couldn't...I asked my uncle for advice, and told me to never give up...I wish I knew what he meant....on my way back home, I heard some guys talking about the Liberty Security Force and what they do, and really picked my interest. I decided to take more...advanced combat training and join the LSF to be able to do more for Liberty...

Then explain why the following rules are important: 3.1: some sort of "attack" is when the player drains 50% or more off the other's shields, saying "engaging" is not enough. one cannot destroy the other ship if not given enough time to respond. A player can defend himself regardless who is the agressor, feeding bots and bats is also considered taking an active role in the pew. 3.3: Agressors are not allowed to issue further demands once the trader has already complied in the same encounter, Saying "Halt" on its own is not a demand, however agressors are allowed to destroy the vessel if they refuse to stop after being asked in the right way (or proper form of a demand) 3.4: Running away from combat and docking in a station/planet while being 10k away from the ship(s) you were fighting with counts as a pvp death~ but fighters and transports can come back for the mere purpose of trading~ 5.2: (since this is not in the list, I'm gonna put the only one~ )a low level player (29 or below) or using Recruit ID cannot be killed unless they have Codenames (Class 9 cuties), attack a PoB, shoot others, or they are in the middle of a pew and refuse to leave when told to. 5.6 to 5.8:Doesn't exist, Silly~

Very little, I have been sometimes replacing my brother Allelujah who is operative for Security Force, on scouting/patroling missions when he was unable to do so.

Yes, I have, with little combat experience, usualy acting as replacement for my brother, as stated before.
Why are you interested in joining the LSF?
One of the reasons is influence of my brother Allelujah, who is Security Force operative, but the main reason is I want to serve the Liberty even though I am "halfling", Liberty still raised me so I want to pay her back.
One would say that I should join the Navy, but I prefer more serious ambients, unlike those "military bravado" Commanders as I like to call them, types who keep yelling and screaming all pointless things.
I prefer the quiter and more serious behaviour, recive the mission details, execute it, return. No pointless fuss.

I am not the one to "boast" about myself I let my actions/deeds speak of myself and my capabilities. They will provide proof of my worth.
Although I do have to mention that I learned how to ignore nomad visions and attempts at manipulation since I encountered one when I was young.

Name: Hallelujah, Origin: half Libertronian - half Kusarian, raised in Liberty, planet Erie, Pennsylvania System. One would wonder how my parents met, well even I am bothered by same thing to this day.
Fate can be strange sometimes, I guess. Anyway, durring my young age my parents decided to move to Liberty for unknown reason to myself.
On route towards the Liberty, our liner ship got intercepted by some blue-fish like ship, it turned out to be a Nomad as I found out later. I will never forget that moment, I suddenly "broken" images started flashing in my mind I couldn't "throw" them out, it was horrible. But it also gave me experience which might help me in future.
As a child I was quiet one, staying aside in most events, not touching anyone nor being touched by anyone. Although I do get some emotional "lash" outs, but even the elite of elite has sometimes same cases.
And that was when I also got inspired by Security Force agents, in my eyes they are similar to me.
Staying aside mostly being so secretive, I like the way they do things, do not make so many complications. Just appear get the job done and go "home".
Time passes by faster than it seems, now its the moment to do something right.
I do not seek fame nor glory I just want to repay debt I owe to Liberty.

Confirm that Liberty is constantly supplied with the needed supplies. Do the work which is Navy uncapable to accomplish. Uncover any attempts of foreign origin or the inner one which want to in anyway harm Liberty or its population.
Watch the moves of enemy and report any threats that may endanger Liberty in any way.

Then explain why the following rules are important: 3.1: Rule 3.1, ensures that a player can't engage just anything he sees without proper reason, its a roleplay server so one can't just fly around and shoot anything he dislikes or sees. And part that involves trading nanobots and shield batteries ensures that ships with huge ammounts of "them" can't stay immune to being attacked by giving the said "items" to certain group of player-s. 3.3: Importance of rule 3.3 ensures that certain group of players or single player can't "abuse" another player or keep making up demands just to have valid roleplay reason to destroy the said player. But at same time it does not give immunity to players who refuse to interact or want to avoid "sticky" situation by starting to run away. 3.4: Rule 3.4 ensures that both "parties" are given some form of fairness even in unfair situation. Constantly docking and replenishing supplies while the fight is nearby is very unfair and unpleasant. 5.2: Rule 5.2, prevents players who are already immune to attacks to actualy abuse their immunity on attacks, and for example provide any sort of information to other players without exposing themselfs to danger and risk of it. 5.6 to 5.8: Those do not exist anymore.

While I was in military academy, watching all other students working hard just so one day they can enter the real fight, I saw that as primitive, I always wanted more than that. Gathering information was vital to me, working from shadows, and pretending like I am not aware of anything. At the end of academy, I summed up all my previous work done so far, and I figured out, that I would fit more in position of operative agent and give better results, than a soldier eager just to fight.

Good pilot. I piloted many ships in the academy, and I had best results with Fighters, Bombers, Gunboats. Working silently, gathering intel, pretending to be someone else when needed. Looking for details, and doing job until its done, even tho sometimes chances are against me.

As teenage girl, living with dad and brother, which both of them were constantly bragging about military stuff, talking about wars, and pretending like they are big deal. Which annoyed me big time. I passed whole my studies silently, working on good grades and showing my skills instead of talking, which paid off in the end. But still that wasn't enough for me. I wanted to be different from all the other "primitive soldiers" who can't wait to shot something.
I tried not to look different from other students, but inside I knew that I can't be in same rank as these guys, and do same job. I always wanted to go and do something different and something special, that will make me feel different and important. I knew that wont be that easy, after I spent 1 year working as military pilot (more like simple trader) I decided to put the end to that, and apply for something more challenging.

Maintain order from the shadows, eliminate threats without attracting attention, gathering information on both outsiders and within liberty borders. Someone can think that role play contains little of both police and navy in some scenarios, but sometimes none of each. Main goal of LSF is to protect safety and interests of the Republic of Liberty.

Then explain why the following rules are important: 3.1:First of all its role play server, so RP comes before PVP, which means longer sentences are encouraged, before making any action. 3.3:You can't destroy or issue another demand after trader already completed first one. Traders are excluded, but may pass trough system only while trading. 5.2:Character with level 29 or less, or with recruit ID, may be destroyed if its at the scene of another battle, and refusing to leave. 5.6 to 5.8:These rules are not defined.
