Right, I think this needs some attention. It has been a proper week since I seen any RHA online, and activity was less then stellar before that as well (and believe me I pay attention). After Lancer announced he is stepping down from the leadership due to lack of time, everyone just seems to have made up this idea that the faction is just about dead. Guys, it's not dead as long as we are active! I don't want this faction to be thrown out during the spring cleaning!
Currently what it also needs is someone to take the steering wheel so that it can get off it's ass again. Lancer posted in the other thread for us to suggest someone to lead the faction.
Also I guess this is an unofficial roll call of sorts, since it would be brilliant to get all of you that are left on Skype or something and both discuss this, as well as organise a bit and maybe come online in numbers greater than one.
I believe the faction status might be well critiqued as well, in order to provide a deeper insignia and possible ways to revive this necessary Hessian faction.

Umm, a week proper since any were seen online? There were three of us online saturday morning GMT (about 4:30am GMT when I logged on as Wilhelm Wettin), including myself. RHA Anghar (or whatever his name is), Dieter Lenz and Wilhelm Wettin (myself). Varyag was also around, although he is an indie Hessian. I apologise for the lack of exact naming but I can never quite remember them heh.
Either way, it could be you're just on at different times and miss other members. I don't know. Either way, it would be nicer to see the faction more active, yes.
Well at 4:30am GMT I am not paying attention, no:PBut either way I remember on weekends there used to be a load of us sitting online and that doesn't seem to happen anymore, that's one thing. Another is that it would be nice to start revitalising the faction, I am equipping new recruits from my personal cash stash at the moment cause nobody has access to the armoury. What I am saying is that the lot of you should take some active interest, we can't just leave the faction without a leader like this.

Varyag would make a good leader. I will beat the crap out of him and make him like the idea :sleep:
Lancer should also throw his opinion on the whole matter and more importantly flagship and armoury accounts should be handed over to someone else as well.
I don't know if its a time thing, but I rarely see someone online as well. Sure we arent dead and I get mad everytime I see 'RHA are inactive'.

First I like.. Second one, not really. As RHA has much bigger tradition.
But that's not so important.
What is important are some cardinal changes I guess.
We need to lure people to join and play the RHA. Don't know how though.
TBH vs RHA event in Omega-3, 5 or 47? I think that would really help.
First, we need a leader. Then we need that leader to arrange some bloody good events.
Not only events, but also piracy policy and such things.
It's very important to have something unique.
This is only my view on things. I think there is space for improvements, and I think we should work on it.

I personally never understood why there are so few hessian players... so few in Omegas also.
The "RM is too good" doesn't cut it for me... you can always evade RM and they don't go farther than Stuttgart/Dresden.
I was thinking about making hessian char for a long time... so maybe I finally will.

Exactly! In Omega 5 on the battlefield.. since that's exactly where it should take place... or TBH attacks trying to reclaim Casablanca.

Remember there was an event RM vs RHA for like a month going to be done on a Saturday or something? In the noon GMT hours too so most people from all over the world would be able to get on, since we have Australians and Europeans and Americans in this. I don't think it got off the ground once, maybe that should be tried again as well?

We need to get on a lot to do that. People ain't gonna join inactive factions. That's why we need some proper coordination, and by proper coordination I mean getting us all on an IM service or similar so we can blast ingame in teams of four or more and just make ourselves seen. How many of you have Skype? I only have five added so far..
