I'll leave arbitration functions for myself if I'd be present, whatever side I'll choose. And if I won't, I don't think it's worth to bring someone neutral to the place of battle. You want more lag? Watch out yourself if opponents (and teammates) follow the rules.

If im on ill use Dabil my Lux Liner for arbitrator. Ill use it to kill pirates too. All dead users tha spawn with like fighters to watch should be next to the arbitrator, so that everyone knows they are dead.
