That hand looks like a prisoner of a particularly brutal prison struggling to stay alive ... like a bloody imprint against a window .. fighting to stand up but not succeeding. So many emotions.
On the other hand, it can be seen as a bro hi-5 from a drug addict .. it's a hi-5 smeared in blood that'll bleed you dry.
Another angle would be that the hand is an open palm raised in solidarity. A blood connection that strings together our humanity. SO MANY THINGS ARGHHH ... I'm confuzes
