I was a little amazed that so much info came up from such a specific search. Who woulda thunk it?
It's all peaches and roses in the winter. Then when the ambient temperatures start going up, the problems start. The cooler you keep your CPU, the better. It will last longer and you know that a small heatsink trying to dissipate 70 odd degrees of heat isn't getting trapped in your case.
It's just a good idea if you can do it yourself. I can imagine it might be a bit expensive getting someone else to do it.
