On a side note. I myself had this individual on my sights a couple of days ago, but he was already under fire by a Bounty Hunter. Since I figured he was attempting to collect this bounty I did not interfere. Later I've learned that the said individual had no idea of no bounty and was just randomly attacking this target. It is bad for business when Bounty Hunters and Mercenaries work for free, worst still when they have no ethics and try and claim for them that what you've worked for. But that's beyond the point.
