Step One: Log in and type /restart fczonerCo
Step Two: Head to Freeport 2 in Bering, and take a single Liberty Rogues bribe (Barman or Unioner NPC)
Step Three: Head to Gran Canaria in Omega 49 and ask an OSI Director to purchase an ID for you.
