Born on the "capital" of planet Houston. Mother served as a prison guard on LPI Sugarland. She was up for advance when she was killed in a riot at the age of 42. Jarl was only 17 at this time.
His father a retired Liberty Navy Captain now living on Manhattan. In charge of developing ships, wepons and other naval equipment prototypes for future use in the Liberty navy. All other information regarding the parents are classified by LPI and Liberty Naval security.

Personel letter:
I was born on Houston but I can hardly say that I ever spent alot of time on the planet. My mother had a 24/7 job and I could only visit her once a month. My father who was a scientist was even harder to visit. But after he was promoted to the rank of Captain and made head of his department I was alowed to visit. As long as I never left my fathers side during an ongoing projekt. So I was raised allmost completely isolated from other children.
However I was one of the first to ever see the brigde of the Missouri, fly the avenger or see a sunslayer torpedo traveling at above cruiser speed. And thanks to my father I've been all over Liberty, flown threw minefields and fired battleship turrets from the bridge of Liberty battleships.

Now my greatest wish is to help reinforce Liberty security by joining the [SA].

I hope I'll see you in space fighting in the same wing.

Personal story:

Born in a remote location, the history of Seth is shrouded in mystery. He feels indebted to the members of [SA], and wish to help fight for their cause. Parents are unknown, all that can be found out is that they died when Seth was young, he was raised by unknown parents, or merely fended for himself. He is unmarried, has no children, nor a partner. He is very experieced in both piloting, unarmed combat and good with a Blaster. No other information can be found.

Personal Letter:

I remember little of my childhood, and my teenage years, including my early twenties, are best left unknown. I was first known in Liberty after I saved a cargo transport belonging to Universal Shipping, which they then repaid my giving me a ship. I met Captain Diehardt a short time after, and helped participate in 2 missions agaisnt Liberty Rouges, allowing me to buy a more powerful ship - better eqipped to help with any other trouble that arose.

Hi i am orision kac-ion my friends call me kacijon. I am from Planet manhatan but i was born pitsburgh.
My parents were killed by rouges so i had to take care of my brothers(6) and my sisters (8) so i was not easy work. I have to cook to my brothers and sisters becose i am oldest in my family .I am cleaner in liberity city on manhatan but i earn only 2500 credits per week so i cant even buy food for my brothers and sisters. Well we could live long till i am 24 now. we had a Mining trip with my brother and 2 sisters we go to some mining in colorado .It should be happy end but when we were atacked by terrosist organisation xenos .
they killed them when they try to run then they disable mine engines and they were ready to kill me too suddenly entire fleet of SA came they killed them and save me . I wish to return them favor i wish to join SA.
