The storm is trash, giving indies access to the crusier would be awesome.
This Galaxy is vast; its wonders and beauty are almost unfathomable. But the galaxy also hides dark secrets, some of which have lain dormant since the beginning of time itself. There is a danger in secrets, both in seeking and in knowing. Some things are meant to be hidden from view. Some mysteries defy understanding, and sometimes even the things we think we know are untrue. Some secrets should remain untouched.

If you were gonna go this route I would argue it shouldn't be able to leave the Omegas as that is where SCRA is based and honestly they are fairly limited at this point inRP especially in the capital ship aspect. Wouldn't make sense to be constantly seeing their caps up in the Taus or Nomad space.
EDIT: Maybe include some of the neighboring systems next to the Omegas as well but not that many.

Edit: Add just can attack OC, CC and protect Transports. That's all it needs
Remind me again how active SCRA is? Coalition has potential to be awesome, restricting the crusier hurts indie players. Let's face it, if someone where too choose between a cool looking snub or a cool looking cap they would choose the cap.

But unfortunately no one will fly coalition ships with out caps.
EDIT: They honestly just need to buff the crap snubs the coalition has and then people will fly occasionally, shocker I know but people do fly snubs all the time

Actually I'd say house space is better, it would generate more pews and events, I could live with omegas being the limit, but then, what house would they be fighting besides rheinland? And rarely Bretonia?
